Always assume someone is seeing your video in their feed for the very first time. Your titles and thumbnails should reflect that. 2. Always put the name of the episode in the title first, instead of “Tuesdays with Stories w/ Mark Normand & Joe List”. Video that perform best have 55 characters or less, because any more and it gets cut off on mobile. 3. Speaking of mobile, always make sure your thumbnail is easy to understand on the smallest possible screen. Thumbnails from episodes like #447 Poof Swoop, #445 Hum Coming, and #444 San Digaygo were great because we can see your faces much better against a contrasted background. The closer your faces to the thumbnail, the better. Just a few nuggets that might help moving forward. Love you guys. And my fathers gay
