I've listened to Craig off and on for years and love his explanation of meditation and ALL it's benefits. He has a very gentle way of speaking and really knows what he's talking about. So grateful to have the opportunity to hear his wisdom. Thank you, Craig!!
Craig always speaks with a deep resonance - it's a tone in his voice. If I attend, which is why I keep listening when I can, he is focused and accessible. I don't sit everyday; in fact "mindfulness" or insight are closer to what I've been aiming at for 55 of my 70 years. But Craig is right: Meditation Changes Everything. It's about awareness.
You are an inspiration to all you come into contact with, your meditations have helped me immensely over the years, when I look back over the years the one thing that has brought me the most growth and peace is your meditation teachings.thank you 🌸
I found Craig's teaching very contemporary and clear. This podcast presents the thoughts and practice in a condense form, but the depth and profound messages remain. Looking forward to learning more from Craig in this new form.
This talk inspired me to continue listening to Craig's podcast, and hopefully to develop a daily practice of meditation--something that has eluded me since I was first introduced to meditation about 50 years ago. My current practice is only a few minutes daily (integrated with my yoga practice).
I have previously heard you speak "about" meditation, the benefits of meditation, and that we do not need a "quiet" mind to meditate. I want to know "how" to meditate. Must one perform a mantra or chant? Can one merely sit still, remain calm, and merely enjoy the moment? Is living in the moment considered meditation? When you discuss meditating, you sound as though meditating is easy and fulfilling. I look forward to learning more from you. Verbalizing an experience seems to give one a sense of power over the experience, especially when the experience may be beyond verbalizing.
