The four star knives are amazing! You get the same blade of the pro... Yes with a less nicer design and handle comfort - however you obtain a huge saving on the price. One of the top inexpensive options as a high end entry level. You can't go wrong :)
Hello! I'm more into hunting,outdoors type of knives but most of the time, I sharpen professional cooks and Chefs knives. They always ask me, what chefs-cooking knives to buy, for professional use. Are there any other knives, exept Zwilling,Wusthof, Vicotrinox and Dalstrong, that I already know thar are decent? I don't like Global, because of their all metal handles. Who makes the best knives for professional cooks? Are these, the brands I mentioned, or is there any other better than them? Thanks in advance.
