So, I watched a LOT of your videos just as quickly, and they helped me purchase the Motorola Moto E 2020, to tide me over. But I actually love this phone so much, most especially the 2-day battery, so I might not go shopping for another phone for quite a while. These are great! Is there anyway to make my view box for my text messages larger while I am texting? I use this phone for my work phone, and I am constantly scrolling up and down to check for grammar, correct links, etc. With my old phone, I could tap on the box and my message box would open up so I could see the entire text at once. This phone seems to only let me see a few lines at a time while I'm texting.

Had this phone for almost a year and just learning these tips / tricks. Can someone tell me how to "Delete" a ringtone that you added? I have tried but do not see delete button and I've clicked and held ringtone but nothing is happening and I know somehow I'm doing it wrong. when I press up or down right side volume keys, two bar menus pop up. One is for volume and the other has a person icon. What's the person icon for? When I increase it or decrease, nothing happens. The icon looks like the accessibility person icon.

I just bought this phone, but I can't find icon for say "notes" or "memo" a place for jotting down bits of information that you need to remember from time to time and would like stored on the phone, addresses, pin numbers etc. Have I missed something, or do I have to download it somewhere.
Great video. I will use notification slider with finger. Also another tip.. probably work on any phone. On keyboard, push the 3 dots next to microphone. More options. I use translate option often. Hold down on it and slide up to put for easier use. It can translate what you write in another languages.
I set the flip-over for do not disturb and it doesn't work. I flip the phone over and it vibrates to let me know it's face-down. I call the phone and it still rings. I send texts to it and it still makes the text sound.
I bought and shipped this phone to my mother. We've been trying to get the notification sounds to work so when I send her a text she hears a jingle. I didn't imagine this would be SO difficult. I have a DIFFERENT phone from her and it's been a REAL trial trying to help her navigate her phone while she's talking on that very phone. Any ideas anyone??
UPDATE: We had tried something a couple of weeks ago and it seems to have worked. She hears a jingle now when I text her. On to the next tweak to explore.

You have to hit that power in real QUICK succession to activate the camera. I thought the feature was disabled until I found that out. I guess because I am not a gamer, I don't press buttons fast enough in succession.
Kevin, perfect tips!! Not mentioned was how to upload photos from my Windows 7 to my phone. My old phone got dropped into a bucket of water and something happened to the Sim card that's built into the phone. I could no longer get access to the internet to transfer the photos and data to the new phone by the Transfer Wizard. I was able to transfer the photos to my PC so I can download them to my new Moto phone. When I plug my new phone into my PC I get the icon with moto e (XT2052DL). it shows nothing else, no files....all blank. Do you have a video showing how to add photos?

😀Hey man! Great job sharing your knowledge. I just bought this phone this past weekend and it came in the mail 2 days ago. I previously had a samsung galaxy note 3 and I loved it to death. Unfortunately though since I have had it over 6 years years it was really started to have some issues. So I finally decided to give in and purchase a new phone. I originally wanted to get one of the newer galaxy notes but they are way too much for my pocket book. So I got the motorola moto e on sale for $40 during limited time promotion. It was normally over a $100. I have only had the phone a few days but I really like it! I have real like the intuitiveness🤓 of it and all the helpful little functions that i would have normally had to download as separate apps. It is actually a pretty darn cool budget phone😌. I feel like I get the best of both worlds I get to save lots of money while still having an impressive phone. I actually used several of he tips you mentioned in the video and they were very helpful. What about taking black & white photos, I can't find any functions on my Moto e on how to do that ?
