3:37 the stacks are for the ultimate actually, she works like Acheron except with follow ups instead of debuffs, she needs her team to attack a lot to get stacks for her ultimate, the stacks are not related to her follow up except her follow ups also help generate sracks. You can see that when she uses her ultimate she consumes 6 stacks to do 6 hits and that when her stacks reached 6 she got the ultimate and the icon for the ult is also unique like Acheron's instead of just an energy circle like the other charactera. Ig her kit could imply she is either an emanator or her powers work like an emanator's cause of the similarities with Acheron
