  • Josiah Wedgwood was a tireless innovator who introduced and employed many important components of what designers still do. Or SHOULD do. This is an overview of Josiah Wedgwood's work, with a focus on how it shows evidence of early Industrial Design thinking and process. And the first chia pet!

You have a great personality, speak with clarity, at a good speed and use very decent vocabulary. The production is well appreciated.
Have subbed hoping you have many more videos like this. I am in the process of researching artificial stone, which is how I discovered Wedgwood. There is a huge secret I’m not sure potters are aware of. It is this… this type of semi-vitrified stone is the mother of all building materials and is how many megalithic structures were accomplished. Anything you can contribute to this area of knowledge will help drastically ushering in a new golden age of design and lasting architecture.

Excellent presentation of Josiah WEDGWOOD - I have been reading up on his life and times and you have highlighted all the elements. Just by watching this video a complete stranger to Josiah will pretty much no all there is to know. Well done.

Many thanks for the correction! Thus the problem with discovering the world through reading! I still mispronounce the most basic of words because I didn't connect the spoken sounds to the printed word before it all got fixed in my brain....

Just FYI, the word "saggar" rhymes with bag and wag.
    Nice film.
