You do feel it when you are in the ER having the ct. They put some type of pressure gadge on your picc line. And it has a feeling from the machine.

I have to get a CT scan July 25th I’m 12 years old and I’ve never had one before. I’m still scared not of the scan but of having to get a IV I’ve never had one before (besides when I was in surgery as a baby) I hate needles I hate even getting shots but a IV stays in longer and the IV is the only part I’m scared about. I can’t have my mom there with me since she’s a 12 hour flight away. I’m going to FaceTime her if they let me.

I had a CT when I was 13, I was scared because it felt really small and I was quite large as in tall so it was uncomfortable

Kids should not get CT Scans :( First options should be a ultrasound or MRI. CT should be last resort....
