Good morning Tara Hauser, kool road trip, nice 👍 hope you are well I’m much better now that I get to see you in your road trip vlog,Golden California road trips with Tara Hauser, nice , thanks BigAl California.
I really like the fact they keep crews year round. Nothing wrong with contract workers but tHis way it feels like family. Thanks Tara for another great field trip.
Great video Tara, Please keep making these love the people you meet and they are the backbone of America !!! your friend for cold Michigan !! may get snow this weekend !!
I enjoy your tours so much. This video was extremely informative and enjoyable. We have only one winery locally in Southwest Virginia (that I am aware of). I stopped there today to see if I could get a few Concord grapes and they had just harvested them yesterday. I was told that they were late harvesting this year. The nice lady there told me to get a few that were left on the vine and they were so tasty. Please keep with your tours. God Bless.
WOW What a great field trip Tara. Thank you for all your hard work with video productions. Any given days content from your own, your family or field trip is way beyond just interesting. It is thoughtful and truly your passion. When you publish a book and have a book signing we will come to California just to meet you in person. Regards from Ray and Winnie in Maryland.
I'm really loving these field trip Tara keep it up being from Missouri close to the Missouri River and Herman there is more winery's and vineyards around here than you would think I love seeing different types of agriculture in different states
That sounds like fun growing (and viewing) like 42? different grape varieties! (Seems like it would be a hassle harvesting and selling, though, but apparently they've got it figured out!)
That was awesome! Learned a whole bunch in that video!! Was not a wine guy until a few years ago. Maybe I've changed with my older age🤣⁉️ Thanks for sharing this👍👍👍‼️
Awesome video, thank you for doing these tours and sharing the stories of American and specifically California agriculture! I’m hopeful that you’ll branch into the many other specialty crops, I think you mentioned potentially doing almonds in the future for this type of video so I look forward to it! Most of the big ag channels are corn corn corn corn corn corn corn corn beans corn corn beans and while those are great videos, I love learning about the unique stuff too! Keep it up!! 👍
These Field Trips are so much Fun and Interesting!! Still laughing At The OG Farming Generations!! Remember Tara...YOU TOO have a Cult Following!! LOLOLOL Cheers From Ohio
Tara, you have a great marketing personality. If the farming doesn't work out, there's another career out there waiting for you. Or work your marketing talents into your vineyard/farming business. Farmers tend not to be the best marketers, shy and not outward going. Maybe the next vine planting into your own bottling by a custom winery and you take over the marketing. Social video marketing media is so your style and fit. I can't drink enough wine fast enough to keep up with your winery/vineyard vids. :) USPS will be reporting me for all the heavy shipments
I love the field trips. A lot of information. I useta love a good wine when I was stationed in Germany. I would travel to different wineries and have a taste test and buy wine. I gained 30lbs in 6 months. I really liked the wine from Mosime . The wines offered here in Mississippi are not so goo unless you can find a specialty store.
Fascinating video, I lived 18 years in France, this is such an informative story of the "new world" wines. Don't know if you know, the European wine industry was saved after a major virus attack by bringing back exported root stock from USA, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa.
I have had Norton wines in the past. Seems like the major grocery stores don't sell them much because of volume. Smaller wineries have a hard time finding "shelf space".
I am always delighted when I can "Like" a video and actually see my "like". I was the 744th like on this video. I am sorry but I don't drink so I am not a likely customer for your wines. That said I wish you the absolute best of fortune on making your farm and winery a smashing success. I love your videos. You generate a very nice product in your videos. Cordially, Bill
Great and instructive video Tara, I hope you will let me comment on your interviewing technique of the vineyard farmer without upsetting you (as I do not want to do that, I only want to help you to make the interview go smoother) but when we are trying to hear and follow what the guy is saying, it is currently being interrupted with "Wow, Oh, Cool, oh ok, Yah it is, Yah, Yah, Yah - it seems to make the guy want to talk faster before he has to stop to register and agree with YOUR comments before he can go on. it seems to spoil the flow of your interview. Sorry Tara I only want to help you and I feel I will now get some 'Stick' from your other viewers, but I only want to help you get more out of your interviews!!
We love it! Thanks for all you do to show off American agriculture.
WHAT A GREAT TOUR! THAT GUYS PERSONALITY AND KNOWLEDGE IS UNREAL!

Hi Tara, great video. Is the reason they harvest by hand due to the vast number of variates and relatively small acreage of each?

So what does "O G" stand for. loved the video, very interesting.
It means Original Gangster 🤣 I use it in terms of families that are “originals” to the area. Families that have deep deep roots.
