Someone mentioned it to me this morning and I am just so glad I saw this, I did not know that about metal ended brushes, he foresaw the front sections being too thick, I've learned so much today! I've gotten SO TIRED of those videos. A girl with no gloves like "whatever it's just hair" making a mess lol.

One thing you didn't mention, she is wearing gloves. Yes. Finally someone that left the olive oil and baking soda in the kitchen 😂. She knows how to do it right ❤❤❤
She has PATIENCE.
She has the patience to do the small sectioning. She has the patience to then cross check.
I believe sectioning precisely is crucial. You can mix the perfect formula, saturate and rub in the hair but there's no substitute for small sectioning.
Finally someone who knows what they're doing!! Kudos to her, well done.

First thing I noticed, she wasn't in any kind of hurry to bleach her roots. Using same brand bleach and developer too. Refreshing to see someone care about the hair they have.

Honestly, I prefer watching someone who knows what they’re doing to people who were born yesterday.
I struggle through those mondo videos but I watch them bc every 4 minutes or so he says something really useful that helps me understand hair better. There are gems hidden in those dumpsters, lolz
(It is so frustrating watching ppl be so flippant and reckless and then complaining about the PRODUCT or being upset like how do you do all the work of shooting and editing and uploading a video but can’t _listen_ or _read_ some instructions)

I stopped coloring my hair about 8 or so years ago yet can't stop watching videos about bleaching and coloring. Lol
I stopped chemically treating my hair too, I decided to go gray as gracefully as possible… 😎
I bleach my daughters roots with blond me and 20vol because of your videos . I would have used 30vol before your videos made me realise. Thank you her hair is in really good condition.😊

HB, when you held up that new packaging, my first thought was us here in the States better be careful not to mix up the BlondeMe tubs with the Country Crock Butter tubs, 'cause those are virtually the same color ... but maybe we'll start seeing butter in the fail videos instead of coconut oil ... Now I'm picturing people still living with their parents, with the parents in the background yelling "WTH is the butter?"😄
OMG even I got excited! Loved that she checked the lift and just didn't set a timer and wash it out. Congratulations Hair Buddha, finally a person with a good head (LOL) on her shoulders. Amazing and she nailed it 100%. 😁❣
In the U.S., “cross checking” is a quality control term used in many industries. I feel like she’s been doing her own hair for so long she has picked up techniques and terminology along the way. She has a great vibe. I’m going to subscribe to her now.

Love this reaction, I love the awful fails, but to see someone who isn’t a hairdresser, but has learnt themselves through mistakes/ research to do their own hair.
This is exactly how I do my hair, and I find the whole process relaxing and satisfying when taking time to do it properly, have amazing colours hair, but in good condition.

YESSSS please, make a video about the additive pigment ! NO ONE is talking about on YT. And you have the experience & knowledge . Please make that video 🙏🙏🙏
I have always done the borders first, because that's what I was trained to do. It makes sense. Also, kudos for protecting her workspace with towels! People don't realize how quickly dyes and bleaches can cause damage, or how dangerous they can be to kids and pets. I use old newspapers or the brown paper I get from my Chewy orders. And yay, someone not using coconut oil! I apply oil or a light conditioner to my ends when I color. Ends are fragile and need to be protected.

Also, I completely agree with her on ventilation. Our bathroom window is right next to the sink, so I just leave it open and close the door. If it's hot weather, I use a small fan. Even products labeled ammonia free produce a lot of fumes.

I still am using Blonde Me toner with 7% and will use the new bleach and toner in one, once I’ve used everything up. I love Blonde Me products so much ❤. I also use Olaplex and Kerastase products. I love Schwarzkopf Blonde Me. I had 3 inches of regrowth, but my sister was able to get it baby-chick yellow without frying it off at the transition. And there was no banding.
Mr. Hair Buddha. I love you videos and always make note of all the great hair tips you for us. I want to mention the 3 hour processing. My hair color is a level 3 and I bleach my hair to a level between 8 and 9. I am able to do this in one process and in under 2 hours. I use Charcolite Cool Toning Lightening Paste and mix it with 25v. The product is amazing.

Your videos are brilliant! My daughter and I have learned so much from watching them and happy to say although we bleach and tone our hair to white, (originally very dark brown)we have followed your advice and used only BlondeMe, 7 vol & 20 vol in three sessions. Following this process we have never had damaged hair.
It would be amazing if you could please make a video showing how to use the Additives in the bleach, and clarify if they can be used to maintain the ash white colour as hair does tend to go back to light yellow after a few washes. Thank you for sharing your knowledge, it is greatly appreciated!
