1. Seniority is based on your rank in your batch, it doesn't have anything to do with training performance.
2. ASO to SO minimum service requirement is 8 yrs. Not 7-8 yrs like you said.
3. After US one becomes DS not director.
4. There are approv 70+ ministries not 50+.
You don't know the things accurately so you should not tell the decisions that it is as you said . LDCE exam is there if you don't qualify that then your training performance will also be a factor of your seniority. And ASO to SO you become eligible after 5 years if you qualify LDCE exam . I told what actually is ...
And 50+ automatically conveys that it is more than 50

2. You said ASO to SO in 7-8 yrs, explain how? If you clear exam you become SO in 5-6 yrs, if not then in 8-10 yrs. What calculation did you use to come to a conclusion of 7-8 yrs?
3.Training will not be a judge of that, if that is so, then your behaviour is also a criteria for DPC to judge you, your APAR is another one. You are yourself misguided brother.
4. 50+ ministries means 50-60.. 50+ doesn't mean 70+. There is a difference.👍 I thought you are smarter than how you look.
You coming at me aggressively isn't what a huble person would do. You are an ASO, you are no THE only ASO. So leave this superiority complex. Be humble about it. Don't assume you know more than others do.
Naye ho game me. Learn as much as you can, don't give excuses or defend your wrongdoings.
