Fuck thats the hardest shit ive heard today!. Is this what roger was hinting at ? Is Buggy the Chosen Pirate King? Damn im excited for more symbolism from cross guild now.😂
@@thisisme2014 Luffy does not want ANYTHING to do with fame , you cannot attribute that to him + he has power related goals as well he said in Punk hazard that he wants to defeat all Yonko.
Just the fact Luffy has Robin gives him the ultimate advantage. It’s also been noted at Marineford that Luffys greatest powers is getting other people on his side. It makes sense he will eventually have an army bigger than Whitebeards
On top of everything else, the Straw Hats have access to not one, but two ancient weapons, while everyone else has zero. They probably even have access to Pluton in two different ways: Wano and Franky. Honestly the only reason they aren’t already the uncontested strongest pirate crew in the world is that they don’t care to amass power.
@@ЧеловекЧеловекович-и9чConsidering fishman is luffy's territory. If crossguild or blackbeard tried to capture shirahoshi that would probably mean war for the 2 groups not to mention if they were to try and escape with shirahoshi she may accidentally summon the sea kings and they would destroy the ship that's taking her.
@@mgeezylaslo7054 you raise a fair point about shirahoshi, i thought about it, but I think with some strategy it would be achievable, for example it’s easy to kidnap her on the surface, like it was in marijoa. Besides that, it’s totally possible and even pretty easy to steal pluton, wano is being guarded only by Yamato and momo, and even both of them together wouldn’t stand a chance in defeating mihawk and crocodile, or Blackbeard with his crew
We are all, in the one piece community, gonna collectively bust our nuts, if you don't have nuts, the moment the page is drawn, you're gonna grow a nut too, LETS ALL BUST OUR NUTS
@@Mohamad-m7md Oda did reveal that only One Pirate in the entire series will have an Eye Patch. And we know Kid Luffy was originally aiming for his eye when he knifed himself.
I definitely think the BM Pirates don't get enough credit for their organization. The Straw Hats absolutely tore through their territory while Big Mom herself was rampaging around and yet her crew were ready for them at every turn. Compare that to the Beast Pirates who fell apart pretty quickly in the course of the raid. As it stands the remaining BM pirates are still a potential factor in the world, especially since BB kidnapped pudding, whereas the Beast Pirates seem out of the running completely.
The reason why the Beast pirates were way more impressive is because the strawhat crew was exponentially stronger when they fought the beast pirates. If the current strawhats were to raid the big mom pirates during Whole cake island they would have demolished the place. Zoro, Sanji and Jimbei absolutely body the sweet commanders as long as Sanji doesn’t fight smoothie which he won’t as we saw him switch opponent during Wano. He is destroying the other two sweet commanders with Luffy and Zoros coq all the fodder are getting knocked out. The rest of the crew with big hitters like Franky, Robin and Brook can take care of any other strong fighter or at the very least until Zoro, Sanji and Jimbei finish up. If you were to add allies like the samurai and the 9 scabbards it would be no competition to be honest.
Also, that was only half the core crew plus a couple of strong allies like Carrot. If Zoro, Franky, Robin, and Usopp were in Whole Cake Island with them, the escape would've been far easier.
So you are comparing 4 people infiltrating the territory who got lucky enough to walk around through the mirror world with the raid of whole samurai army accompanied by stronger straw hats, kid pirates and Heart pirates?
Even how Blackbeard got Hachinosu was opportunistic. He didn't actually beat that former Rocks Pirate, he waited for a mess Law started and used Koby as well to help him topple the guy.
I understand that theirs a significant difference between Hajrudin being Buggy's strongest subordinate versus Hajrudin being a participation trophy commander in Luffy's grand fleet. That said, still found it funny that Hajrudin was used to show how weak overall Crossguild is while simultaneously being used, even minimally, to show how strong Luffy's overall military strength is.
I think the Staw Hats greatest strength is, like shanks, his core crew. But in a different way. Shanks’ core crew is the strongest one. Luffy’s the most competent one. In a 1v1 fight, Shanks’ crew might win, but the strawhats has 1 out of the 2 people that can read the poneglyph alive in Robin, a world class doctor in Chopper, a world class engineer, probably being one of the greatest scientific minds in one piece since time skip, in Franky and probably the world’s greatest navigator in Nami. When it comes to exploration and having the ways to get to the One Piece, the straw hats are BY FAR the most prepared to do so.
Well said the straw hat only need growth, because each one of them are the best in their position in the verse, Chopper the best doctor, NAMI the best navigator, Sanji the best cook, Brook the best musician, Franky the best shipwright, jimbei the best helmsman, Robin the best archaeologist, Luffy the best captain, Zoro just need to beat Hawkeye to be the best swordsman
Don't forget Bartolomeo going crazy and continuously conquering territory for Luffy The actual straw hats grand fleet may actually be more than 5k people at this point Now imagine unlike Roger's Pirate or WB Pirates, Straw Hats Pirates is a mixture of both Pirates Strong Core Member and Strong Overall Army, because Grand Fleet line up is looking even mightier than Whitebeard grand fleet
It's incredible how different each of the Emperors' crews are, giving that sense of their empires feeling unique. Just comparing Big Mom and Kaido results in a laundry list of differences in their land, crew and general strategy.
The uncontrollable chills I was getting when morj started breaking down what makes the SHP so devastating. At face value, the strawhat are underestimated but when you dig deeper, they are the embodiment of fuck around, find out.
we got like 30k ships ready to go at any time, we got at least 5 kingdoms more loyal to luffy than the WG, two gods (nika and usopp), three kings (luffy, zoro king of hell and sogeking), two queens, and two princes (sanji and jinbei)
@@god47398also we got vegapunk, the best ship(Thousand Cyborg Franky), only person who can read poneglyiphs, possible aliance with shanks and cross guild. Friends with some noteble marins....
I think the strength of the Straw Hats is that the core crew has a purpose beyond just blindly supporting Luffy's dream. They have their own driving forces that complement each other.
I would actually argue that the Straw Hats greatest strength is their captain. Not just in terms of his fighting strength, but his ability to gain allies (as Mihawk said) and inspire others.
also gotta factor in, the Whitebeard fleet views Luffys as Aces brother and would probably answer if marco was called in. so their growth rate is actually quite tremendous in 2 years. and numbed sun pirates as well.
Yeah ontop of his own forces Luffy pretty much has all of Whitebeards allies on his side now as well. The only signifficant figure missing from Marineford is the old man himself. Like sure alot off people supposedly died during the war and later in the fight with Blackbeard but who really did? I cant think of one named character besided Ace and Whitebeard that didnt make it so we pretty much have all of them on our side now.
Most of them are gone however thanks to the revenge war during the time skip. I don't think there are much WB pirates left besides fodder and those we've seen already unless Oda brings them back into the story
Luffy's ridiculous charisma. He's like those enemies in games that constantly charms your allies and turns them against you. That has to be one of thee most annoying types of enemies to fight.
14:33 the Strawhats were never "just an East Blue level crew". They steamrolled throughout East Blue without much of a challenge. Luffy's first real challenge was Crocodile, well into the Grandline. So you might aswell call the East Blue Strawhats a "shichibukai level crew" (even if they were not framed as such when meeting Mihawk).
1. Along with Growth as Kuzan stated, there adaptability and charisma 2. As other comments states the crew are taking the best traits of each of the other Emperor crews as if they and their captain are utilizing their adaptability to learn what helps them best and use it to enhance their own strengths, like the learning robot from the Incredibles
The straw hats also have the most utility with so many standouts in their respective fields. They have one of if not the best navigator/cartographer, doctor, archeologist, shipwright, chef, and helmsman on the seas. Not to mention the only ponegliff reader, a world famous musician, and the god of all trades.
The Strawhats are crazy strong. Not only are they just strong as a core Yonko crew. They have a fleet of 5600 people. They also would have support from the likes of Fishman Island, Marco and the remnants of the WB pirates, Boa and the Kuja pirates, Old Rayleigh can come in and help. Maybe even Vivi with Alabasta or Riku with Dressrosa. Oh, yes and also Wano with Momo, Yamato, the Scabbards, thousands of samurai. And they also have ties with the Red-haired pirates, who might help them out in dire situations and they also have ties with the Revolutionaries through Sabo. Oh yea, and Zou as well. A nation of Minks with Sulong forms. And the Heart pirates, Kid pirates(if they survived). Also Vegapunk.
Right, the best scientist World Government has is now on the Straw Hat's side. They also have ties to the Revolutionary army, with Dragon being his father, and Sabo his brother. Sentomaru has chosen to protect the Straw Hats, so it unlikely he will be welcomed back to the Marines with open arms. There are people like Smoker who do not agree with everything the World Government does, and may see the Straw Hats as the more just force; and Coby, who although is on the opposite side, still considers Luffy as his friend.
Which is needed if they want to defeat Imu who has all the admirals, Gorosei, knights and what not undet his control. That tells you how dangerous this enemy really is.
@@Yokai_Yuri At first I thought how would the WG be able to compete with the Strawhats and all their alliances, but now with the addition of the Seraphim, the new Pacifista, the Gods Knight and so on. I can see how.
The straw hats’ greatest strength is actually Luffy’s charisma, how he is willing to help others without asking for anything will be the single trait that helps him become the pirate king The Alabasta Army, people from Skypia, gallay-la and Franky’s family from water 7, people who got their shadows taken in thriller bark(Lola’s crew), Heart Pirates (law), Kuja Pirates (boa), Fishman Island Army, new Fishman pirate(lead by Aladdin), and the sea kings(lead by shirahoshi), dressrosa army(lead by kyros), the grand fleet with 7 legit captains, the mink tribe(lead by carrot), the wano army and zunesha(lead by momonosuke) and most importantly, The revolutionary army (dragon and sabo) The red hair pirates, The remaining white beard pirates(lead by Marco) and the OG remaining Roger pirates(led by Rayleigh) are willing to help Luffy when the time comes.
Oshit, that reminds me that both the Shandians and Wano know how to make Seastone weapons, so if they ever asked for it, they could kit out every non DF user in the fleet with seastone...
Another clue about Shanks' core crew being his best asset is that he arrived at Marinford, in the heat of a battle between most of the Marine, the entire crew and entire fleet of another Emperor, the core crew of a soon-to-be Emperor, and a bunch of other powerful combattants; showed up only with his own core crew; and stopped any and all conflict by menacing to backslap anyone and everyone who would keep fighting from now on. Now, many of the engaged fighters were worn out or downright dead by this point, but still, for a grand total of 10 people to be able to achieve that remains considerably impressive.
He's also rumored to be blood related to Garlic Figureland though, which means Akainu might not even have been ALLOWED to fight him, as the Figurelands are high status even amongst world nobles.
To be fair, WB and Shanks were considered on equal strength, or Shanks as even ahead of WB due to health conditions. The goal of the marine was to execute Ace, while the goal of the Whitebeards was to save him. The Blackbeards were only there to take Whitebeards power. In other words, there was nothing left to fight for, for any side, especially after all the damage that was already done, going for an identical round 2 would be stupid. Like Shanks is very strong, 100%, but forfeiting that battle was the only reasonable thing to do under any circumstances
I think your analysis of the Blackbeard pirates is an excellent example of strategy vs tactics. Many people say that Blackbeard LACKS strategy because of the way he just waltzes into danger, often getting pwned. However, it's really that Blackbeard lacks tactics. I mean they're terrible at tactics. They just go for it. But they are, indeed excellent at the long hand; they are masterful at strategy.
@@Mohamad-m7md specifically strategy is an overall plan. Tactics is particular maneuvers. For instance, in football (American), a play, such as a running play or passing play, is a strategy. Meanwhile, a maneuver such as cut blocking, or juking, are tactics. Luffy is literally all tactics and no strategy. Blackbeard is all strategy and no tactics.
Marco is basically the gatekeeper to the Yonko. If he had the ambition and corresponding haki to go along with it he very likely could've become a yonko. Defeating him was enough for Blackbeard to be considered a yonko and Big Mom thought it would take her time to beat him in a fight. People have been putting King above him recently but Marco had several things going against him, he had just flown god knows how far through the stormy New World while carrying Izo to even get to Wano, he used his powers to suppress the ice-oni virus while fighting King&Queen and King was backed up by a squad of flying gifters.
That's true. But marco just doesn't have AP to put People like Zoro, law, King, kid, sanji down. All we have seen him do is restrain, or hold off people. He actually hasn't DEFEATED any significant character. But he sure is VERY i mean VERY difficult to put down.
@@ThunderGuy11yeah but that is just the cq haki that he missed. Because he doesn’t have the ambition is also the reason why he doesn’t have kings haki. If he had advanced cq haki he would have plenty of ap. Like kaido said df abilities are fun and all but haki is where it truly is.
@@vakantieman3270 i think maybe awakening his df might make his flames do damage, like Ifrit Janbe. To buff his ap, i think in wano he should have used adv arm. which would make his ap somewhat Good. All he has in Ap is basic arm haki. For someone who gatekeeps yonko level as said in original comment, he should atleast have adv arm, or Damaging flames in my opinion.
@@vakantieman3270 i mean adv coq is good and all but i think future sight + adv Arm > adv coq. Of course adv coq does more ap but i think combination of other 2 is better in my opinion.
The way Kizaru just holds up his hands and freezes in place when confronted by Ben Beckman is chilling. We've seen Kizaru give absolutely not shits about anything while deleting gaggles of goobers and that guy made him put his hands up and wait for permission to move.
In your head canon. In the real story, Beckman caught Kizary off guard. Seconds later Kizaru was attacking Law's submarine and Beckman was nowhere to be found. He can't engage in a 1 v 1 vs an admiral. Beckman is just a commander. Look hoe Akainu man handled a Yonko, and their commanders by himself, mostly. Look how Greenbull easily defeated Kaido top men and was man handling Yamato and company? Shanks had to interfere to make greebull bail out of wano, and this is because he was all alone, not because Greenbull was afraid as the agenda wants it
I would take it a step further with the strawhats and argue that they possess the greatest strengths of the other yonko. They have a fleet to rival WB’s A core crew whose power is creeping up on that of Shanks’ crew Greater number and better quality of alliances than that of BM’s kingdom They have access to technology comparable or superior to kaido’s. The sunny go is arguably one of the greatest pirate ships of all time, plus they have access to other vehicles and general franky. And luffy has a powerful ability to influence those around him like buggy.
The technology part becomes even more significant assuming they actually save Vegapunk, or he manages to pass on his knowledge to Franky. Also, they are currently working with 3 CP0 agents, not permanently, but tell that to anyone in the OP world and they'll straight up make an Eneru face.
Don't forget their ally is more loyal than anything of bm ally. And for weapon they haven't vegapunk now, even if only 1 or 2 vegapunk remain that's already enough brain that they'll ever needed
Luffy core crew is stronger then shanks core crew. You can’t give me a reason 😂 on how shanks core crew is stronger other then narrative, 😂 which is invalid because it’s opinionated/inconsistent. Therefore luffy core crew is stronger
Another thing that separates the SH from the BB pirates is that Teach sailed under Whitebeard for years so he had a great handle on most of the Grand Line to complement his strategic game. The SH came in basically blind, not even knowing how to navigate properly. It’s been through sheer guts and growth they’ve come so far.
The Straw Hats' individual strength and skill as a crew are shaping up to rival Shanks' The Straw Hats' military might, its Grand Fleet, is not filled with liabilities like Shanks' fleet, and is shaping up to rival Whitebeard's. The Straw Hats' access to weapons and technology won't lose to Kaido's, as they will have Vegapunk as an ally going forward, on top of Franky, Robin and their alliance with Fishman Island potentially giving them access to any of the Ancient Weapons if Luffy ever wants or needs them. The Straw Hats' strategic prowess was already considerable due to Robin and Sanji, but with Vegapunk becoming an ally it will only get better, which will probably serve him well in the latter leg of the final saga as he needs to contend with Blackbeard and the like. The Straw Hats' political power can't be understated either, as they will have the backing of all the nations that fly his flag once all out war breaks out; the act of bringing resolution to this age old conflict and rebuilding the world after will doubtlessly display the political might of Straw Hat Luffy. As for public humiliation, the Straw Hats don't engage in such things but they do have a public image that is deceptive. However, this deceptive image as to what the Straw Hat crew is truly capable of is the result of consequence and the World Government's own actions; they fell off the radar after Dressrosa and became a Yonkou-calibre crew due to a conflict that happened in a closed-off country. Few people know all the details, and Luffy's feats were further downplayed by purposely giving him a bounty equivalent to Kidd and Law, setting them up to be underestimated. In a sense, you could say that the Straw Hats' greatest strength might not be their growth rate, but rather the fact that they either through their own achievements or complete circumstance, they excel at all the points you mentioned these other crews excelling at. They are truly the most well-rounded jacks of all trades of the Pirate World.
the revolutionary army could also be a considerable ally as dragon is his father wouldnt wanna let him and his crew lose and the #2 which is sabo is his brother after they exchanged the cup of sake would be devastated if luffy dies. Luffy also befriended ivankov and ivankov already will do anything in his will to save/help luffy. luffy also has amazing charisma.
Cross Guild not having many strong characters is the reason I feel like they are not complete yet. And the ones I could see joining are DoFlamingo, Moria and maybe even Weevil
Wait is moria alive? I genuinely don't remember seeing him again after wano. If we still didn't see him, it would be nuts to bring him back after 3 defeats and two fake out deaths
Big Mom: mamamama you kiddos think you can beat me? Kid and Law: no, but he can *Oda suddenly appears with the "i don't care about powerscaling no mi"*
You make multiple, extremely well-structured and applaudable explanations here. Plus, how Yonko crew leverages these advantages match their actions in the Anime. And give windows into the beliefs and outlooks of 4 Emperor's themselves. People do not pick a fight with Shanks, but they could weaken or bait him. Although nobody has gone far enough to do that. -Shanks himself embodies Gol D. Roger's belief about Devil fruits, and is evidently selective and carrying over his core crew almost more than Whitebeard is. Plus.....Devil fruits represent dreams, and Shanks is one of the only Pirates with no established dream in the franchise. The Cross-guild's propaganda and hype do make them a glass-cannon crew. yet, at the same time, they are also very decisive. By issuing bounties on Marine officers they are the most proactively opposing the Navy out of the Yonko crews, discounting Whitebeard's attack on Marineford. -It's a performance, and Buggy is largely a performer instead of holding much substance. The Straw Hat's do have incredible growth, however, said growth is pretty much condensed around the core crew. Plus, their victory on Wano owes a lot to Eustass Kidd and Trafalgar Law fighting off Big Mom. -Luffy revels in change and has THE largest power-creep out of anyone in the show. With his own crew evolving to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with him. Even Luffy's choice to disband and grow over 2 years when everyone else dove into the New World was a pivotal choice for the whole crew. The Big Mom Pirates didn't only accumulate leverage and political alliances with "deals you cannot refuse." Big Mom herself made it next to impossible to leave any deals struck by her and has enough awareness to offer false olive branches and take what she desires from anyone. -With the Vinsmokes, she recognized that by siding with her Judge had forfeited any privileges as a Royal recognized by the World Government. Killing him wouldn't provoke any backlash from the Navy and she could take everything he offered without spending her assets on the North Blue. Kaido's focus on weapon accumulation didn't stop at plagues or artificial devil-fruits either. He actively encouraged competition between the lower ranks of his crew, with the "All-Star" positions up for grabs is somebody proved they were strong enough. The Beast Pirates were constantly evolving and amassing new assets and had to stay strong to keep their positions. - Whitebeard, alongside how much he valued family, was constantly expanding his own crew and fleet. Former core members branched off and formed their own crews, or new faces in the New World would be defeated and recruited or allied with them. Ace defeated a Pirate called Dogma, who later appears fighting with Whitebeard at Marineford, and after defeating Ace himself Whitebeard made an offer for him to come aboard. -Whitebeard valued family, and evidently so do the crews sailing under his flag. The core crew see one another as brothers and life long companions, while Allied captains at Marineford answered Whitebeard's call and directly declared their intentions to save Ace since it was Ace; not explicitly because Whitebeard was going into the fight.
luffy essentially is allied with the revolutionary army aswell. his father leading it, his sworn brother being second in command, and his relationship with ivankov plus the training robin and sanji did with its respective members
15:17 ROXS STEPS IN “Hold my Drink” Rox pirates had Shiki(Yonko caliber), bigmum(Yonko), baby Kiado(Yonko strongest creature), Edward Newgate(Yonko strongest man). And that’s just what we know that’s not including the fleet
With Luffy, also don't forget Sabo, Emporio Ivankov and potentially Monkey D. Dragon and the Revolutionary army and the Kingdom of Arabasta because of Luffy's personal connection to Princess Vivi(they might be weak but its still a huge number of foot soldiers). And depending on the situation, like Smoker teamed up with them on Punk Hazard, I bet some marines like Coby would be willing to team up with him too if the situation calls for it even though it probably wouldn't happen, but there still is the small shred of distinct possibility.
Also don't forget ra 2 years connection with nico Robin herself. There's more than those 3 that have connection with shp. Also vegapunks after this arc. Also also giants without hajrudin, dorry and brogy
Yeah, there isn't yet a formal alliance between them, but the Revolutionary Army is led by Luffy's father and Luffy's brother, and both of them are also friends of Robin since the timeskip. When the Straw Hats have an all-out war with the World Government, the Revolutionaries (whose entire thing is the destruction of the World Government) will surely participate.
The greatest strength Straw-hat Yonko Crew is in how Luffy is able to make a friend with his ex enemies and gather a lot of allied, determinations, connections with Revolutionary and the people he protected , is more like Whitebeard + Shanks crew .imho
If captains are all relative then in terms of crews - WB - Largest Crew. Most Commanders. Rarest DF's (Dude almost collected the Darkness fruit for his 4th commander!). Potentially strongest combined force and allies. (Largest Territory and fleet?) Weaknesses - Sick and Old Captain. Bad luck (BB). Ace... Shanks - Strongest unit of commanders. Most mentally capable crew and captain. (Potentially fewest df related weaknesses) Weaknesses - Weakest fleet. Kaido - Strongest crew physically overall. Crew willing to use the dirtiest, cheapest, most lethal tacticts (alongside blackbeard). (Thanks to Morj - Tech) Weaknesses - Drunkard/Suicidal, near aimless captain. Little care and co-operation for each other. Big Mom - Many versatile yet random Df's. Strong unity, co-operation and planning. Large Networking and Intel network. Weakness's - Mentally ill, unstable, and toxic Captain with ridiculous and harmful needs. Df's are versatile and tricky, but not particularly powerhouses in and of themselves. Blackbeard - Most Df's, and they are versatile. Dirtiest and most cunning commanders as a whole. Strongest single Commander (Aokiji). Captain with strongest DF's. Huge room for growth with ability to accumulate Df's for crew and allies. Decent teamwork. (Thaks to Morj - Strat) Weakness's - Utter cowards that will abandon and backstab each other if truly necessary. Not quite as powerful as they need to be yet. Luffy - Potentially up and coming strongest top 3 commanders. Best crew teamwork, dedication and loyalty (alongside Shanks and WB crew). Captain has insane and potentially up and coming strongest single God DF. Best experts in their fields of study and jobs on the crew. Crew is very versatile. Crew, because of young age, still having a high ceiling for growth.(Unknown strength of fleet). Up and coming humongous Network of allies. Weaknesses - Complete idiot for a Captain with a weakness for falling into the sea. Small crew. Buggy - Has Mihawk. (Has the Intel of Croc). Has the Luck and polarizing fame of Buggy. Weaknesses - Captain is a fraud. Seemingly no real fighting power in crew.
The pull up at marineford 2 is going to be such an incredible armada. You could make solid arguments that anyone from Mihawk, to the Bigmom Pirates, to the kingdoms of Ryugu, Alabasta, Elbaf, and the entirety of impel down taking the straw hat side.
The strawhats are gradually getting to have the best of each: Strong non-fruit users like the red hair pirates but with a captain that has a broken fruit(currently, not before) along great haki mastery that is getting better each day, a strong armada like WB, brains with different kinds of inteligence (Jinbei, nami, sanji and Robin) .
I would like to point out that Hajrudin & co. were mentioned to be Buggy's _biggest earners,_ not their strongest fighters - they could still have been the biggest earners even if they had someone of Mihawk's strength around, if they just took on more well-paying jobs. They still very likely were the strongest they had, and Buggy's Delivery was indeed almost certainly just a lot of fodder in the end, I'm simply noting that the statement given doesn't directly speak to their strength. An argument of details, not conclusions.
True. Buggy also has level 1 to 5 prisoners, no doubt more joined up during the timeskip and more are currently joining everyday due to the bounty system. Mr 3 is weak but extremely intelligent. Maybe not to the extent as Blackbeard but he is still a great strategist.
The number of allies and allied nations(potential as well) for SHs come final war is insanely stacked. If the kingdom of Elbaf become SH allies as well then all hell will break loose for WG
could you imagine a full arc of luffys grand fleet having an actual ship to ship pirate war with the world gov at bottom of the red line. I hope it happens.
the fact the god king himself begged marco to join his crew TWICE, a gorosei warrior god also gave marco praise and again the fact marco is the only comander to have feats against the original 3 admirals and have fought/clashed with 3 of the yonko proves he is a legendery pokemon even among comanders.
The straw hats are most likely the best ALL-ROUND yonko crew there is. The only counter argument you can make is for Whitebeard but I’m confident Luffy has a better core crew
In the allies I think the giant pirates / elbaf are also huge in contributing to straw hats strength. Especially now seeing them in action in egghead. Also the fact that his fleet / allies would most likely come on their own if anything major happened.
11:32 I thought it was established that the fleet members drew numbers at random to decide their numbered places in the grand fleet? I don’t think the numbers are meant to convey strength.
You could argue that the straw hats bring one of the strengths of the other yonko crews to the table. They will match shank's core strength, already surpass whitebeards fleet, but also have strong weapons/technology with Franky (arguably this will get even better after the current arc). Public manipulation with choppers low price and God Usopps image. Strategically they won't match Blackbeard but they will in adaptability and surprise factor or in other words: Tactics. Politically the straw hats already showed that they can gain powerful allies in Form of whole kingdoms worldwide. Very good list, I just had to think at every point "straw hats can also do that to some level" which I think is absolutely awesome
Crocodile plays an interesting role for the crossguild, with Doffy, Kaido and Big Mom out of the picture, apart from Blackbeard there is only 1 Big shot with enough contacts, resources and knowledge fill in their role in all of the criminal underworld and that's what he is appearing to be doing, then if you add up Buggy's infamous reputation with arguably the scariest curriculum from any pirate alive at this point and Mihawk being just as strong as any of the other Yonkos, the crossguild leaders appear to be bringing to the table the 3 things Roger had when he became pirate king according to the opening credits of the series, Wealth (Crocodile), Fame (Buggy), Power (Mihawk)
You have just given me a glimpse of end game war of One Piece. To see the power of strawhats’ bonds and Luffy’s influence as a Pirate King will be damn exciting.
Y'know, when you really look at the Strawhat's strength, it's pretty nutty. They'll likely soon have Vegapunk and Elbaf on their side, too. Not to mention they more or less have control of 2 ancient weapons
This was a really interesting, well thought out video, but some of the reasoning regarding the strength of the Straw Hat Grand Fleet seemed a little less solid. For one thing, many of the powerful allies mentioned were themselves former members or allies of the Whitebeards, like Marco and Jimbei. If Whitebeard was still alive, they wouldn't really be available for helping out the Straw Hats, so contrasting one to the other seems a bit wonky in that respect. There's also just the idea of tossing in countries friendly to the Straw Hats under their banner as if they were part of their Yonko Empire. Technically, Fishman Island was under Whitebeard's protection and could be considered part of his empire--but that doesn't mean the whole country was about to throw in with him when he went to war with the Marines. An island being part of a Yonko's territory doesn't necessarily mean that they'll send all their money, troops, ships, etc. to their Yonko anytime they ask for it--or that a Yonko would even ask it of them. At least, Whitebeard, Shanks, and Luffy don't seem like the type who'd do that. Unless something really major happens, Neptune or Momonoske or Carrot or Vivi aren't about to dispatch the forces of Fishman Island, Wano, Zou, or Alabasta to the Straw Hats' aid in a conflict between them and the World Government just because Luffy is in trouble. That, I think, draws too much of an equal sign between a subordinate crew of a Yonko to a friendly nation that is (more-or-less) under a Yonko's protection and dominion. By that same token, one might as well list the Revolutionary Army as part of Luffy's extended empire (or at least allies) because of his connections with Dragon, Sabo, and Ivankov. Speaking of subordinate crews, I'm not sure how the Straw Hat Grand Fleet really compares to that of the others. They're seven crews who are 5,640 strong, sure, with fairly impressive captains and fighters. But Kaido was said to have 20,000 subordinates at Onigashima when the Pirate-Samurai-Mink-Ninja alliance attacked, with lots of disposable ships that they lost without really getting too upset over. I don't know the size of Big Mom's fleet, but we saw easily dozens of those Tarte ships, and saw tons of them getting sunk by Germa 66 or the Strawhat-Firetank alliance, and it didn't seem like that devastating a blow to the men and material available to the Big Mom Pirates. It was seen as more of an embarrassment issue that they got away, not that they dealt any real damage to the Big Mom Pirates overall. And even with all that, Whitebeard's crew was STILL seen as stronger than Kaido and Big Mom's forces, and they brought 'only' 43 subordinate/allied crews with them to Marineford, plus the five ships of Whitebeard's core crew.
Now that we are at the point where our crew is actually the strongest force on the see it will be quiet interesting to see what the other Yonko crews will come up with in order to overcome that huge obstacle the strawhat pirates present now.
I believe that Cross Guild could be the strongest crew, but we don't know. This is almost entirely based on the monkeys on Mihawk's Island. If he did brought them along, it could be chaos since they are known for learning by watching, which means they most likely would have pretty high tier haki right out the gate by watching Zoro's time skip training. I won't say that each is as strong as Zoro, but they would be significantly stronger than pre time skip Zoro at the very least, I'd say they are a good bit stronger than Pacifistas at the very least. A gang of monkeys that should be above Pacifistas individually is terrifying.
The SHP also have probably the closest access to Pluton and Poseidon and if necessary it's likely Shirohoshi would aid the SHP in battle, and Wano would take down their walls and officially open Wano just to give the SHP's Pluton, plus Zou could definitely bring along Zunesha just for the heck of it. Luffy also has that unpredictability, like Marineford people who didn't even wanna really help still ended up helping and on his side.
They literally have pluton in their hand with vegapunk if power source is needed (Franky also can create mini pluton because of the blueprint). And poseidon being one call away
For the BG3 enjoyers - Buggy is max charisma, Big Mom Wisdom via her organization/network, Kaido is Intelligence and using science, Blackbeard is Dexterity, Shanks is brute strength from the core, and Whitebeard being constitution bc he fleet could go for days... And Luffy has the best ability, plot armor advantage. Roll 2 dice.
For me, Strawhats greatest power is, luffy's ability to make anyone his allies, from proud pirate hunter zoro who was initially refusing to join a pirate crew to a cook at baratie restaurant to a scary cat man with long nose to a reindeer to whitebeard crew to jinbe and more
I recently heard someone sum up Cross Guild's assets pretty nicely:

On top of everything else, the Straw Hats have access to not one, but two ancient weapons, while everyone else has zero. They probably even have access to Pluton in two different ways: Wano and Franky. Honestly the only reason they aren’t already the uncontested strongest pirate crew in the world is that they don’t care to amass power.

The strongest beast pirates, the gifters, are part of the Wano military might under Tama 😤
I just want to know what the hell happened to the rest of her crew that went to Wano
Even how Blackbeard got Hachinosu was opportunistic. He didn't actually beat that former Rocks Pirate, he waited for a mess Law started and used Koby as well to help him topple the guy.
lol cope he beat wang zhi

To be fair mihawk ain't just some warlord he's more yonko level 💀
Wow
yes i liked my comment
1. Along with Growth as Kuzan stated, there adaptability and charisma

Just the fact that Bartolomeo can defend himself from shanks attacks is just crazy and to think hes one of luffy's allies

Shanks had to interfere to make greebull bail out of wano, and this is because he was all alone, not because Greenbull was afraid as the agenda wants it
He's obviously trolling...
I would take it a step further with the strawhats and argue that they possess the greatest strengths of the other yonko.
They have a fleet to rival WB’s
A core crew whose power is creeping up on that of Shanks’ crew
Greater number and better quality of alliances than that of BM’s kingdom
They have access to technology comparable or superior to kaido’s.

Also, they are currently working with 3 CP0 agents, not permanently, but tell that to anyone in the OP world and they'll straight up make an Eneru face.
true, the Sunny got sent assore and not even scratched

Another thing that separates the SH from the BB pirates is that Teach sailed under Whitebeard for years so he had a great handle on most of the Grand Line to complement his strategic game.

The Straw Hats' individual strength and skill as a crew are shaping up to rival Shanks'
The Straw Hats' military might, its Grand Fleet, is not filled with liabilities like Shanks' fleet, and is shaping up to rival Whitebeard's.
Growth rate is critical
the revolutionary army could also be a considerable ally as dragon is his father wouldnt wanna let him and his crew lose and the #2 which is sabo is his brother after they exchanged the cup of sake would be devastated if luffy dies.
-
Whitebeard, alongside how much he valued family, was constantly expanding his own crew and fleet.
Awesome analysis video on the strengths of the Yonko.
luffy essentially is allied with the revolutionary army aswell. his father leading it, his sworn brother being second in command, and his relationship with ivankov plus the training robin and sanji did with its respective members

Rox pirates had Shiki(Yonko caliber), bigmum(Yonko), baby Kiado(Yonko strongest creature), Edward Newgate(Yonko strongest man). And that’s just what we know that’s not including the fleet
What an awesome video, very thoughtful!
I think it's likely that the roger pirates would've been a yonko crew
Oda did Katakuri dirty with that cover story. Katakuri fans will never hear the end of that.

If captains are all relative then in terms of crews -
WB - Largest Crew. Most Commanders. Rarest DF's (Dude almost collected the Darkness fruit for his 4th commander!). Potentially strongest combined force and allies. (Largest Territory and fleet?)
Weaknesses - Sick and Old Captain. Bad luck (BB). Ace...
Shanks - Strongest unit of commanders. Most mentally capable crew and captain. (Potentially fewest df related weaknesses)
Weaknesses - Weakest fleet.
Kaido - Strongest crew physically overall. Crew willing to use the dirtiest, cheapest, most lethal tacticts (alongside blackbeard). (Thanks to Morj - Tech)
Weaknesses - Drunkard/Suicidal, near aimless captain.
(Thaks to Morj - Strat)
Weakness's - Utter cowards that will abandon and backstab each other if truly necessary.
And loyal ally that would put their heart and soul for shp when needed. 2 ancient weapon. And brain like vegapunks
Morj doing anything to procrastinate on the Wano Analysis Video at this point
Cross-Guild isn't done growing. I wouldn't be surprised if Buggy gets the praise for beating the government at the end.
The fact that sabo and rev army would join the fight with anyone for luffy , and probably shanks gives me chills
The number of allies and allied nations(potential as well) for SHs come final war is insanely stacked. If the kingdom of Elbaf become SH allies as well then all hell will break loose for WG
Brilliant breakdown. And one analysis I haven't seen talked about.
could you imagine a full arc of luffys grand fleet having an actual ship to ship pirate war with the world gov at bottom of the red line. I hope it happens.
Whitebeard Pirates:- Family - Vin D. Iesel
Yo that pile of TNT should be worth at least 3 bil based on feats alone lol
Gr8 vid. I like the idea. Well done!
the fact the god king himself begged marco to join his crew TWICE, a gorosei warrior god also gave marco praise and again the fact marco is the only comander to have feats against the original 3 admirals and have fought/clashed with 3 of the yonko proves he is a legendery pokemon even among comanders.
Buggy's is charisma and inspiration
The straw hats are most likely the best ALL-ROUND yonko crew there is. The only counter argument you can make is for Whitebeard but I’m confident Luffy has a better core crew
In the allies I think the giant pirates / elbaf are also huge in contributing to straw hats strength. Especially now seeing them in action in egghead. Also the fact that his fleet / allies would most likely come on their own if anything major happened.
Favorite current Emperors:
Shanks
Monkey D. Luffy
Thinking about Luffy flying over an armada of his allies during the endgame does give me chills
11:32 I thought it was established that the fleet members drew numbers at random to decide their numbered places in the grand fleet? I don’t think the numbers are meant to convey strength.
Seeing how far the Strawhats have come just brought a smile to my face
Honestly great video
Absolutely loved the video and great script ❤️
You have just given me a glimpse of end game war of One Piece. To see the power of strawhats’ bonds and Luffy’s influence as a Pirate King will be damn exciting.
Can we please get a Jika video in the future? Right before Elbaf would be great.
Jika the Bum God is crazy
You never miss a chance to to remind us that big Mom was beat by a big Bomb.
Y'know, when you really look at the Strawhat's strength, it's pretty nutty.
They'll likely soon have Vegapunk and Elbaf on their side, too.
Not to mention they more or less have control of 2 ancient weapons
And the alliance of a number of powerful people like the minks, wano samurais, Kozuki momonosuke, yamato, fishmen and the very SH grand fleet
Great job!
I would say the black beard are more opportunistic them strategists
great video!
W video good job
Now that we are at the point where our crew is actually the strongest force on the see it will be quiet interesting to see what the other Yonko crews will come up with in order to overcome that huge obstacle the strawhat pirates present now.
Great breakdown!
First video i watched in your channel ❤
Strangest thing for one of the strongest pirates ever is we haven't even seen if Kaido has a flagship.
This video does an awesome job at displaying just how epic One Piece is
I believe that Cross Guild could be the strongest crew, but we don't know.
They getting one shotted by Zoro flexing Conquerors rn💀
@@FreemodeVillain Maybe, but it'd still make for a decent squad.
Isn't jinbe part of BigMom pirates ? He is not allied with WB if im not mistaken
BB’s titanic commanders are being underrated in this video
For the BG3 enjoyers - Buggy is max charisma, Big Mom Wisdom via her organization/network, Kaido is Intelligence and using science, Blackbeard is Dexterity, Shanks is brute strength from the core, and Whitebeard being constitution bc he fleet could go for days...
And Luffy has the best ability, plot armor advantage. Roll 2 dice.
" fodder" that was brutal 💀💔
U missed a powerful ally of the straw hat pirates : the Kung fu dujong
For me, Strawhats greatest power is, luffy's ability to make anyone his allies, from proud pirate hunter zoro who was initially refusing to join a pirate crew to a cook at baratie restaurant to a scary cat man with long nose to a reindeer to whitebeard crew to jinbe and more
I can imagine Oda laughing so hard looking at his drawing of 1000 sea kings shirahoshi summons in the battlefield
