大阪は、B級グルメのイメージが強いのは、東京が作ったイメージです。今や東京一極集中で、食の中心のような顔をしていますが、かつて、濃口の醤油に砂糖のだだ甘い関東料理の東京に、関東大震災後進出した大阪の板前割烹浜作等か、洗練された関西味の日本料理を教えてやったのですよ😆
