- Joumana Merhi, the director of the Arab Institute for Human Rights in Lebanon, discusses with Nizar Aouad (Oxfam), human rights and feminist activism in the Arab World. She reflects on her experience as a feminist activist and human rights (HR) defender, outlining the relations and interplay between the two. ٍShe calls on right holders to not give up hope on HR mechanisms and systems.
