Jay chang & Heeseung nailed it. Heeseung one was a fancam video with normal phone but we still can hear his effortless highnote. And jay gave his own kind of crisp in it like pop artists. Both nailed it.
Actually D.O was best in tonal colour and technicality not vibratto but resonance and supoort matters the most, the note placement, larynx position everything was perfect but a little flat maybe he was a little tired but if you see other performances of live me right then you will find that he is top class not with a single flaw also he sang in a key higher than jay so yeah thats too difficult and he did it effortlessly so D.O is standard but i think jay did good he can reach upto D.O's level in a few years if he continuously train. And yeah we all know what a great honey like tone and a great voice timbre D.O has so he is optimally the best.

EXO just recently performed Love Me Right in their 11th anniversary fanmeet. You can tell how good they are at singing while dancing. While some of these covers are good but you can't beat the original.
I think the reason why I love jay’s voice so much is because of his tone, Like i don’t know how to describe it well cause I don’t really know music terms but he’s got like some sort of soulfulness/groove to his voice that adds so much flare to his singing that I can’t help but like it better than the rest!! I think even one of the mentors in the 1st or 2nd episode of bp said that “jay’s singing sounds like pop rather than kpop” and I understood what they meant by that so quickly cause it’s so true!! Like, jay’s voice is not only clear and perfect, it also has a distinct character/quality to it! Hopefully this makes sense to someone 😭

Kyungsoo's unique voice gives each song a unique charm. I'm ready to listen to his voice as much as I want.! Even when Kyungsoo just speaks, he wants to listen and listen to endlessly, such a pleasant voice.
Watching others doing cover of EXO , makes me realize how EXO set the standard (not only vocals, they Pop up in different genres likes fashion trend,etc > trendsetter) .I'm very proud to be an EXOL whenever I watch cover that shows how talented my Boys are.

How he takes breath between Bam~ Ha~neuleul Neowa~ Naega and why Hui sound kinda more strained, because he doesn't take a break between Bamhaneul.... I'm not a singer nor musician but I love singing, and I learn so much by analysing it while enjoying every covers in here. The one closer to Kyungsoo breathing techniques is Heesung.
