It's fine I'll try to explain it, Back in high school before he met Kosei (his lover) he felt bad (idk how old you are so I'm not sure what to say) 😅 The 3 girls are ghost who are reliving there death and Leo just so happens to see them there. When he falls and ends up in the hospital the 3rd girl sorta saved him that's fine she's at the hospital. If you have questions I'll answer
