South Carolina K9 Killed in the Line of Duty Honored in Memorial Service

A memorial service was held for SLED K9 Coba who was killed in the line of duty. Coba's handler Special Agent Richard "Cole" Powell and SLED Chief Mark Keel shared remarks.
