Remember that thoughts come from 3 places....either yourself, satan or God & if you cannot discern the origin of your thoughts you will not be able to walk in freedom.....
2 Cor 10:3-5 for thought we live in the world we do not wage war as the world does..
The weapons we fight with are not the weapons of the world. On the contrary they have divine power to demolish strongholds...We demolish arguments and every pretention that sets itself up against the knowledge of God and we take every thought captive to make it obedient to God....
Let's teach people how to pull down strongholds in the mind example: worry, doubt unbelief, swearing words, feeling hopeless, helpless or not good enough etc.....
Teach people to interrupt the thoughts of the enemy & replace it with God's word....
The battle for our minds is won as we focus on Jesus..
