Since finding the Schola Cantorum Riga on UA-cam last week, I've been fascinated by them, and can't stop watching them. The videos have even prompted me to learn how to read and write Gregorian notation.
The funny thing is, in doing so, I just realized that the melody they sing for Gloria, Laus et Honor is not exactly the same as what is pictured at the beginning of this UA-cam. The second and third syllables of "Hosanna" as well as the word "pium" are all sung a whole step down from what is written, basically changing the mode from phrygian to dorian.
