Discharge of the CICL
Upon the recommendation of the social worker who has custody of the child, the court
shall DISMISS THE CASE AGAINST THE CHILD if the court finds that the disposition
measures have been fulfilled.
But if the court finds that the objective of the disposition measures imposed upon the
child have not been fulfilled, or if the child has wilfully failed to comply with the
conditions of his or her rehabilitation program, the child shall be returned to court for
the EXECUTION OF JUDGMENT. amo po ibig sanihin nito

Child in Conflict with the Law - meaning mga batang nakagawa ng krimen.
Sa mga adult naman na nakagawa ng krimen tawag Suspect or person under police custody

Ma'am parang mali po kayo don sa 12 years old wala akong nakita sa 10630 ang pinaka mababang edad sa criminal liable ay 15 years old

Naintindihan niyo po ba ang tanong po?
Ang sabi ano ang edad na masasabi natin sila ay Child in Conflict with the Law..
Considering lahat sila nakagawa ng Crime (9, 15 and 12) sila ay CICL.. may crime na nagawa..
ngunit exempted sila sa batas (RA 9344 and RA 10630) dahil 15 years and below sila, kaya mag intervention sila.
Sa mga CICL naman over 15 but under 18.. dapat muna natin malaman kung nung gumawa ba sila ng krime ay alam ba nila at kagustuhan ba? yun ang dapat patunayan kaya ang maging resulta pwedeng (Intervention, Diversion, o dalhin sa korte para bigyan ng sentensya)
