im so surprised that people really expect a movie like this to use the real cars. think about, do you guys really think a company like koenigsegg or bugatti would really give a car that they would have invested alot of money in to build, to crash for a scene that only last about a minute or so?

I would say these are amazing, however the backs of the Agera is kinda flat compared to the actual Koenigsegg. Understandable that this happened though.
They should've also put all the hero cars from the games, like the BMW M3 GTR, the Pagani Zonda Cinque NFS Edition, and the Lamborghini Reventon cop car.

Theses replicas are perfect the way they look just as accurate as the real ones which to me it amazes on how the appearances of each and every one of them has the exact same resemblance and details from their real counterparts. Even though some nfs fans, car enthusiasts and others may have problems with theses replicas.

I had no idea they were all replicas when I watched the movie. I thought "wow I wonder how much it cost them for owners to loan them 3 Agera RS's to film with?" Then going back after and watching the movie again you notice the interior of the Agera is no where near the quailty of a real one but then again it didnt need to be since I didn't notice the first time around. Then I realized they really limited the amount of interior shots and angeled them to keep your eye's on the driver probably for that reason. Still has to be my favorite racing movie to this day.
The only car that wasn't a replica was the Agera. The reason why is because they never had to use it for any crash scenes or had to damage it, but for white Agera R and red Agera R they did have to make replicas because they were damaged in the movie.

Fast and furious used CGI with a real car this movie used no cgi just like Mad Max Fury Road. The dukes of hazard literally ruined hundreds of REAL chargers. And now look how hard they are to find today. I hate when movies ruin real rare production cars like mustangs, Camaro’s, chargers and challengers, etc. especially if they are classics
It's not just the fact that the hypercars are worth millions of dollars. It's also that they are extremely rare as well. For example, good luck trying to find a koenigsegg Agera R when there's only 20-30 of them across the entire globe. Note: I don't know the exact number of units produced.

They could've used real cars for the normal driving scenes, and then switch to replicas in scenes where they are involved in crashes or get damaged.

It still amazes me how they got so close to the originals. They must have had the originals and made fibre glass body molds of them.
