This was really helpful. I have to find out why my driver side HID won’t turn on and now I can get the headlight out to check the ballast and module. Really appreciate it.
I did it, I took me 3 to 4 hrs (including illuminated bowtie replacement and tented my headlight ), amd because it was a first time to with this car , thanks
Don't do it the way this guy shows you. Its much quiker to leave the bumper on and just take replace your headlights the way I explained above. Its much easier and quiker then having to remove the bumper! You don't even need tools to do the passenger side. And only a phillips screw driver to do the driver side.
Kendall Brown thanks a lot man we really appreciate hearing stuff like this.. that’s why we do it ! To help people out and either save them or make them a few bucks in the process!!! Click that subscribe button we’ll be posting more Camaro content in the near future
ON POINT CUSTOM AUTO i meant to ask your guys when you install the oracle light for the fog and main headlights do you have 2 remotes or 1 to operate the lights?
On this set up we used one Bluetooth controller to run dogs and headlights together . It is possible to separate them on two controllers and run top and bottom separately.
@onpointcustomauto1289 hey quick question. I found a 2018 Camaro SS front bumper that's the same color as my 2018 Camaro LT w RS package. Would a Bumper Swap be compatible if I just replace the DRLs??
I have a 2018 Camaro zl1. Are there any other things I need to unbolt to take the front bumper off? I want to put a mesh grill behind the bumper to keep rocks off the radiator that lays flat. Are there any cool looking mesh grills that you would recommend and where to find them?
Whats up bro I have a question ? To remove a fog light for a camaro 2017 lt do I need to remove the whole bumper ? Or can I do it thru the bottom inside tire side ? Thanks
I'm trying to do the same, I found a similar bumper on ebay, since our car comes with the fog lights vertical you need a different bumper than the SS and Zl1. www.ebay.com/itm/Fits-16-18-Chevrolet-Camaro-Front-Bumper-Cover-ZL1-Style-Black-PP/282851580440?epid=2286155904&hash=item41db449a18%3Ag%3A0dQAAOSwHOZb6Ois&fits=Year%3A2018%7CModel%3ACamaro%7CMake%3AChevrolet
No. Read what I put above and you'll see its much easier then having to take 3 or 4 hours out of your day when you can do it my way and be done in 30 minutes. You don't have to take off the fricken bumper, my god!
My passenger headlight works fine, except that the bracket that holds the HID bulb doesn't click into place (so it infinitely turns & falls out of the socket) Have you or anyone else had this issue before? It's extremely frustrating & I don't want to buy an entire new headlight unit for something so small
Somebody can help if i can change mi entire front of my 2016 for an 2019 all front fits the only thing its diferent is the harness how can i convert it thanks
If you're trying to replace just a fog light, you'll have to still take the entire bumper off unfortunately. Definitely was not a fun solo job, especially trying to fit the bumper back on... took about 2 and a half hours for me. Oh well
My cat was stuck inside of our neighbors Chevy Camaro bumper in the middle of the night and we were going to let the neighbors know in the morning and now the car is gone I hope he’s alr do yk if he’ll get out of the bumper or stay in or if he’s safe in the bumper.
Great in depth video actually showing exactly where stuff is at! Perfect!

My headlight on driver side of my 2017 camaro rs doesn’t work!! I replaced the bulb and the ballast with no luck
There is no part 2 of the Camaro bumper and headlight removal??
Great Teacher Homie Salute and Thanks !

Where can I find a bumper for 2016 rs camaro
Good video
I have Camaro 2019 1LT too
I would like to change the front to ZL1 Style, do you know where I could find one?
Do you think it’s gone fit?
Did you upload part 2 ?
Does the entire bumper need to be removed to replace only the driver side fog light assembly?
Unfortunately yes

I also cannot find part two
I cant find part 2
I’m using this to get a idea of how to remove my 2018 Malibu bumper cuz there’s no videos of it😂 I’d only assume it’s very similar
Lots of work lots of bolts. Y’all remember where the bolts go when y’all try this at home don’t lose em
Great video but ya camera angles lol lol 😢
That's 1 That's 2 That's 3 😁
2019?
773??? That's a Chicago phone number....
Sure is !! Born n raised in humboldt park never changed the number when I moved
@@onpointcustomauto1289 I stayed in Humboldt Park back in the 90's myself. Graduated from Schurz H.S.
i hit a raccoon on i-95 one of my fog light caved in, they asked $300 to fixed it
9/32 thats for gays. Its a 7 mm socket
I'm not gay and I don't use MM sockets!
Its all metrics these days dude 9/32lmao
I'm old school! We NEVER use metrics! Metric's sucks, and so do kalometers!
Its the inches and miles we use! You do have a choice!
Also the wires to the actual fog lights
