Definitely Spad XIII, Eddy Rickenbacker's plane according to the markings. I built that plane as a child in 1/72 scale, I now have it right in front of my keyboard...

A "little"---> Lot tail heavy... 1:59.. I see he's using Down Elevator to compensate for the Tail Heavy effects.
