Hey Carlos! I agree, something about the words really get to me. I just looked you up, and now I know why I dig ya: I'm exactly one month younger than you!
This is one of the best instrument demos I have ever seen. Usually we see the host playing a song they wrote or are covering but here Roberto simply shows off the tonal range of the instrument. Maybe not as much fun as seeing some great playing but more useful in a sense.
Jen: since Norm is Transitioning (to an Impresario), it might be a good time to get him to have someone with good ears and sensibilities to use a simple 4-6 input Mackie mixer, or something like it, to balance the sound a bit for these videos. 4~5 dB lower volume on the Bass would have been great! If someone tells you that can't work because the room is too small or the camera mics are too close, get someone else. The secret is to put the mixer on the Amp inputs (i.e. between the guitar or pedal(s) out and the amp in).
Vally says they are rare. I don't know why he would say that. They are not rare per say. They are a boutique bass, so on the more expensive side.......maybe that is why he doesn't see them so offend. But not rare. Many top bass players use them. Incredible basses!!!!
F-Bass by George Furlanetto. Wonderful instruments made by a super team. The fretless is one of the best you will play.
I loved Roberto noodling around the fretboard to showcase tones followed by playing a song with Sarah. Gave us an idea of the tonal range.
Oh My, Oh My! Sarah and Roberto !
I could listen to this day and night. And will later tonight....
Exquisite you Two!
That's a killer song!
That was just wonderful at every level
Thank you
Fantastic song and playing by both Sarah and Roberto. Really enjoyed that!
Two musicians with so much talent. Really enjoyed this. Thanks.
Great song, awesome duo showing how it’s done! Thank you Sarah and Roberto…
THIS IS A VERY GOOD SONG ROGO, A VERY GOOD SONG

Man that was excellent.. Thank you!
Sounds like they have played a long time together. Great bass there too.
love the song....well done guys
Lovely!

So cool!
Excellent!!
Fabuleux ! Merveilleux ! ❤
great song
Beautiful Bass! Great Demo!
It was a really joy to see this jam. Who in the world can dislike this? Love you, guys.
That was great!
Damn! Thats nice!
Love F Bass!
That duet had a lot of My Aim Is True to it. Tight as a tick R&B.
F is Furlaneto. Made in Hamilton Ontario. Hand made.. George Furlaneto
Nicole Row has been playing an F bass with Incubus recently. It looks and sounds like an incredible instrument
Furlanetto, they're made about an hour from where I live. Look up Alain Caron if you want to see them in action.
Realmente buenos cada uno es su instrumento y ejecución perfecta...
"F" clef guys!
Great duo! Norm thought Sam Cook feel...I thought Otis Redding. Either way, that number had soul.
2:31 Good french pronunciation , Roberto, where did you learn? Great playing, as usual.
F Basses are top tier. They're right up there with Ken Smith, Dingwall, MTD...
Alain Caron is F Bass's most notable artist. Check out his solo work and his fusion band from the 80's UZEB. I own a VF4 and it's my #1.
would love to hear that bass thru that ampeg svt behind you
Hi all, thought about playing the bass guys, kinda made my mind up now.

Norman "micro managing" Harris. 😁
man that was a nice fing bass..oh and my shirt size is large
Finally not a P or J! ;)
F bass are really cool, almost boutique. Not sure, but I think they're out of production.
Edit: From other comments, I gather they're still around. 👍
I only used 3 strings on my bass
Effin Norm and “Big” Vally. This Effin base rattled my fillings out and now I have to go see my Effin Dentist
It wouldn’t be Norm’s if the guitar wasn’t drowned in reverb and other effects.
