I’m an Industrial Design student from South Africa with a passion for fashion too, some of these brands don’t really have a presence here but your channel always teaches me something. Keep up the good work bro
Nothing more wholesome than finding fellow South Africans in the comment section. I feel the same way. I am getting so much context and understanding to the depthitude of the fashion industry. I wish I had this knowledge prior to being disheartened at my pursuit in fashion. I've been binging because this content reignites the flame and I appreciate it so much . Keep it up!
Starting his brand at 38, ahiii I’m 21 currently and had aspirations of all types of shit at 16 that I haven’t done yet. Not trying to say I lost them of course. Whether it’s him, or some people in my life doing it at whatever age, thank you :) you can still do it!
His story is definitely inspiring, especially at the age he was to start a fashion brand. Takes focus and consistency. He definitely gave people hope to go after whatever you desire no matter the age!
This series >>> I hope you decide to do Telfar for an episode especially because compared to a lot of the other brands you’ve covered, they don’t rely on exclusivity so I would love to see how they came up
The first time I heard about Mike Amiri is in2012. During that time, Clothing with "Short gun" distressing detail and leather patched MX1 denim gave me a shocking and impressive moment.
EXACTLY. Amiri is not a fashion prodigy. Amiri himself is a rich, handsome LA party boy that decided to go into fashion because he could and had some cute friends in LA wear and buy his stuff in the beginning…he the. hired a PR team and here we are .
I like Amiri for their boots. I discovered him maybe 5 years ago while I was in the Bay Area. The weird thing is that I've never known anyone who knows what Amiri is or has it. Maybe it's more prevalent in LA? I find his style very similar to Saint Laurent except less chic.
Man another case of “White Privilege” Beverly Hills High, to SMC basically doing nothing, then turn into a Malibu’s Most Wanted rapper, changed his mind then out of nowhere calls up his boys and becomes a consultant for random clothing lines wow. Much love to Mike, but damn Mommy and Daddy must have had fat pockets.
I have been doing fashion since 2000, but I got high and never had the desire to get it going. I'm going to try again, I have great Ideas on how to make things better! If you're like me stop wasting time and do what you love to do!!! I will make it this time!!!
love your videos man, another Threaducation classic, keep it up! can anyone tell me the piano melody playing in the background and why it seems so familiar??
Micki Eyez was crazy nice on the mic. He kinda rapped like eminem did back then. On the third Drunken Tiger album in 2002, he said “check out my solo album in 2003.” Someone tell him Im still waiting. 🤬
Let’s see. Get a black t shirt, throw a 4 letter name on it (Zena), get a celebrity to wear it and charge 395 for it. I got it and you are about to make a video about me soon. I’m about to be super rich.
I’m an Industrial Design student from South Africa with a passion for fashion too, some of these brands don’t really have a presence here but your channel always teaches me something. Keep up the good work bro
thats so awesome thank you for watching bro
You should bring them to SA?
That’s the plan

that's the thing, but fucking age killing vibe often for many ppl I guess.. 38 isn't old age, tho
keep moving your things Shalomy, all best
Crazy I'm the same age as you and I felt the exact same way
@@Threaducation thank you 🥲
That's wild. You're making fashion culture accessible and enjoyable to literally anyone, keep it going

Another Threaducation Classic
You’ve really helped me develop my interest for fashion into an artistic passion. Thank you
thank you for watching thats the type of thing I love to hear
This is why I watch Threaducation, it's a kind of inspiration to me that I rarely find elsewhere.

Love this! Super inspirational and i love Mike Amiri’s work😩🔥🔥
U fine asl
Back again with another banger!
im going baaaaack to back
This was really dope. I had no real background on the man or the brand. It's always cool to be able to find content like this.
It’s mind blowing that he was in drunken tiger and helped found korean hip hop, last thing that I would have thought about him
Crazy how videos like this get little views, compared to what other video get. Crazy bro keep the grind you’ll make it
Fantastic work! Audio improvement is not unnoticed 🔊👌
You having the piano version Bria’s Interlude playing in the background sealed the deal for me.
The melody in Bria's Interlude is sampled from Missy Elliot's Friendly Skies. sounds like a piano cover of the original song tho.
@@bishopmack572 | That’s a fact. Both songs be having me floating, tho. So either or, it’s lit for me 🙌🏽
As a Korean American born from la wow he’s such an inspiration I didn’t know he was part of k rap
Been waiting for this one🔥
My favourite vid of yours so far💯

The little fun fact about he and Angelina Jolie was in the same school and year is mindblowing
This is a story of a guy who had a passion and the ability to self fund . Most of us can only dream about that ...

That was like 2013
Jeans or a t-shirt
The views shows who’s really into the integral part of brands not jus taking it for face value on its price tag and looks
Back to back bangers 🕺
