I'm not saying Zeus performed well this time, but you need to remember that he was an absolute monster in finals last year (Finals MVP), and I'd like to think he still is. If you actually watch the games, you can see that the current meta is more bot focused (also why t1 usually gives void grubs) since dragon importance + bot terrain makes it easier for ganks, so top gets no help unless they are getting banged (or potential teamfight) Furthermore, its true that Ksante is busted 😅 "Then why didnt zeus pick him??" Well maybe cuz zeus just isnt good with him, and kiin on the other hand is. "Then why not ban it??" Because bans are fucking important and they feel like the weight of banning botlane champs > toplane champs. I feel like that works to their playstyle and meta (just look at gumas lucian output and peyz aphelios dmg) I think t1 did decently better, compared to knockouts and quarters. Unfortunately, GenG just outperformed them in terms of macro and individual skill. Stop hating on players by saying they are gapped and instead focus on how well the opposing team is performing. Its not anyones "fault".

@@sidradeave Actually you're right. I suppose he picked zac as they thought it was decent into Ksante but I guess they weren't expecting Canyons pick of poppy, which is counters their zac and ori strat I suppose.

Last game was a draft ~~gap~~ canyon with the poppy. Poppy countered zac, xin, and guma at the same time. Guma on hit varus would have been able to clutch it up in the last fight.

Items have changed quite a lot since then. Essence reaver has crit chance, solves mana issue and gives bigger burst with sheen. Good item for Draven overall.
I said this at every chance but ksante won that last game. It really made it unfair. It becomes riot's fault when they make one champion which can rush into enemy without having to pay any price unlike any other tanks. Which is exactly what ksante did in that game even when he wasnt fed or anythng. Gj riot
T1 will lose world's again if they keep drafting like this. I can't stress the importance of good drafts. Kkoma just isn't doing as good of a job at drafting as bengi and Tom.

probably cause they are testing stuff. You see how the meta quickly evolved. Saw Keria on Camille during that LCK as well. That's not inting. They don't just throw stuff away. This looks more of a limit testing and data collecting than real try hard. You wouldn't see such "draft gap" during worlds, where it REALLY matters. LCK winners were just the "favorites" for worlds. But the LCK title itself is probably not what they are looking for. I'll just say: let them cook.
