The cops messed up big. The did not do their investigative work on that woman. Just because she says she was assaulted, doesn't mean it was true. All allegations and statements on both parties, including prior cases filed must be fully investigated. He should look into suing the police for not doing complete background checks on both parties.

Regional police in my area (Ontario Canada) did nothing other than tell me this person had a right to stand outside my house and take pictures which was sent to me on Facebook as a threat. Calls to my workplace saying I was abusive ect. I didn't even meet this person.
I would take it to a district attorney around where you live and take all the proof including copies of police reports you had filed and hopefully they can take legal action.
If innocent men need to spend decades prison and have their lives and reputations destroyed in order to comply with “believe all women” mandates, then women are fully prepared to pay that price.

I paid an attorney 8G, they wanted it to go to trial for lack of evidence, the girl never showed up to court. At the end if the day she won, she got an ounce of weed, ride home by the cops, & I had to pay 8K. At least I was not stressed because I knew the entire thing was a farce. A year later I met an amazing woman on an app 10 yrs later still going strong.
He should have been more proactive and contacted the police and placed a restraining order on her the day she showed up out the blue doing drugs. That's what I would have done.
