- I realized that I sometime can stress to get new bird species to photograph. But that is not the way I want to have a great time in nature.
In this episode, we soar alongside nature's finest hunters, showcasing their awe-inspiring beauty and untamed elegance. From the goshaw to the rough-legged buzzard, I capture the essence of these magnificent creatures and delve into the challenges of photographing them in the winter scenery.
I also found a dipper in a local river. Where I worked with capturing this bird with slow shutterspeed to get a different type of image.

finding new places to explore, I have been doing it since I was 10 and have been to every state park within 6 hours of me. I need to get out west more and explore those parks for new opportunities.
With a bad knee it is getting out,lol. Knee replacement surgery next month and 2 months later I am on the hunt

You can repeat taking photos of any bird as often as you want to as far as I am concerned! Your photos and videos are unique and beautiful every time. Thank you for sharing them with us!

Personally I love and at times prefer the up close images rather then the ones with lots of negative space

The bird's breath looks fantastic!
I photographed a sparrowhawk at a nature reserve near Bergen. The first time I saw, it, I was just walking when it landed on a rock about 20 meters from me. A few days ago I was walking in the same area when I stumbled upon it. It was just sitting on a rock while I was 10-15 meters away. I was taking pictures and moving and speaking. That bird just didn't care about my presence. It was feathering and keeping an eye on the skylarks. It's amazing to be so close!

I've said it before, and I'll say it again. You're a brilliant wildlife photographer, but I don't know how you cope in that tunnel hide. It makes me claustrophobic, just watching the vlog.

Gorgeous photos and video. I noticed you shot all of that using 3D is this your go to focus mode as I haven't even tried it? Do you utilize any of the other focus modes and if so for what type of scenarios? I have been using all area and find it jumps to the background often. Thanks for great content like always!

I would choose a crop camera and maybe a 150-600 lense. You will get a great combo for the money :)

10:03 Why does it fail? Mine do it sometimes too. On the screen appear the word CARD, and i have to take it out of the slot and them put it again. But this sometimes work and sometimes not. How to solve it? I'm with sandisk extreme pro 64gb
Catch some mice in a barn or whatever. Then go out photographing birds of pray. Throw mice on the snow and wait.
