Its hands down my favorite POI. Followed by a pretty big gap by the regional command center or whatever its called. This is also the POI that made me see the importance of a flame thrower.
Tip for the construction button bug. If the buttons are missing exit and re-enter the constructors inventory. Most of the time the buttons will appear. Als going out then right back right away seems to work better then just casually leaving then going back if that makes any sense. Works for me at least. =)
That's also my favourite poi in the scenario, bucket loads of ammo needed that's for sure. Just a heads up on the micro jump drive, you will need to relog each time after an AU or LY jump with normal jump drive before micro drive is functional again.
Why did this game never catch on? I used to play this 5 years ago with some regularity and love building my own spaceships. But between playing Kerbal for the building, elite dangerous for the realistic, immersive universe, and star citizen for pretty tech demo it just seems like even games with less interesting gameplay seem to break through and become bigger. I have many fond memories of playing Empyrion.
I cannot believe Eleon still hasn't fixed some of the small bugs in the game, like the icons disappearing from the templates menu. And yet games like Enshrouded have seen massive improvements.
I hope the group will tackle the revamped Abandoned POIs, haven't seen any of those yet and they are my favorite. Also, have any of the "other" spheres been filled out yet, i.e. Wastelander, ARC, Kriel? They never had much in RE1.

Tip for small spiders: Stand still so they come up to you and stop. Then immediately shoot them before they attack you.

Very swift run! I always run it full jetpack but also completely ignore the lowest level and rush straight up the first lift. 😅

When critters figure out how to not get stuck on the furniture, this game will get a whole lot tougher.
That POI is tough, especially solo and for people just starting off.
I didn't know that flying made that POI infinite spawn. That's why I had such a hard time with it!
I did one of these some time ago when I was playing lower difficulty and just revently on hard difficulty. Sone good loot here.
