Ciao! They put it on pasta right out of the jar when the pasta is on the plate, so the oil doesn't get cooked. They also dip bread in it when eating cold meats and cheeses 😋
Ciao Fiorella, Saluti Dal’America I hope you didn’t touch your eyes after doing the peppers. The Calabrese are famous for peppers Soto olio. In the states as well folks don’t understand in stagoni. Thank you for your videos.
HiFiorella!
Abrazos
Adoro questo video. Grazie da Texas come sempre ❤
Looks good. I tend to use avocado oil. Eager to know how it tastes. :). Also, I think the say saying : Ship has sailed. Not sunk. heheheh
LOL Thanks Eric.
It wouldn't be me if I didn't say a saying wrong 😂
That last jar, with alot of seeds and little oil, should be spicy Fiorella!
How would an Italian use these oils?
Ciao!

I'll be making it this weekend. Love hot chili oil!
I didn’t realize how easy it is to make.
Thank you
Yes, it was :)
It is the white seed inside that make chili peeper very strong. You can make less chili strong if you thake off those for another soft taste. Thanks.
Thanks :)
We like it strong. Aden is half Calabrian 😂
Fantastic!
Many thanks!

Luckily I didn't, it would have been a disaster!
