The fabric I use is 25x5 inches and the elastic is 9 inches.

Where can I get the machine to attach the key fob?

I'm using a stamping equipment that I repurposed for attaching the metal fob. There are machines specifically meant to attach those like the Kam snap brand. Goldstar tool has the same one as well if I'm not mistaken.
