It should be. Tokyo Disney is known for creating rides better than the US parks. You can see that through the new Fantasy Springs are by making a better version of Frozen Ever After, called Anna and Elsa’s Frozen Journey.
From my experience, this version is the hardest. Unlike in other countries, Tokyo's requires a more precise aim to actually score. If you're bad at aiming, you can barely score normally as you would back in the US.
