Thank you! I really loved swatching these out as part of the planning process as I typically will just flip through a swatch book that has different paper than the notebooks I write in.
I would use gray ink every month as it’s my favorite!!! There will be a pen (likely not shown) with a gray or black ink - any recommendations? I’ve been missing Pelikan Edelstein moonstone so I’m leaning towards that
@@thejoyinpensandpaper890 I’m excited to use Wearingeul’s A Room of Ones Own. It’s got shimmer in it but dries down to a beautiful grey colour 😀😀 Also, have you tried Van Diemans Laughing kookaburra Crest? It’s probably my other favourite grey at the moment. It does all sorts of cool shifty stuff.
My top 5 inks in order of fav to least fav Erin is Ploughman's Pebble, Frankly Walnut, Workshop Wishes, Incredible Rock, and Chicken Coop, which I have. It was relaxing and enjoyable. ☺
Awe! Thank you for the shout out. Sorry for the temptation video 😄. My choices would be Mad Hatter, Tiger Snake, Sandstone, chicken coop & Frankly walnut. But to be honest... ALL these colors would be great choices. I do the ideas page every single month. It has helped me so much.
I don’t know why I haven’t done the ideas page before… I’ve just flipped through my Wearingeul swatch book. This was fun and it looks beautiful! I keep looking at it to admire the inks! Plus, I’m taking data on people’s responses because I love data!
@@thejoyinpensandpaper890 yay!!! That is awesome. I started doing the ideas page last year and loved it so much. I agree. It is so nice to look at. I’m happy you are doing it and get votes is awesome!!! I’ll come vote every month 😊
Thank you! I am loving picturing the combinations that people are choosing and what pens I would use! This brought me joy in not only swatching out these lovely inks but getting the interaction with each of you!
I am enjoying seeing which inks come forward as favorites - you have a few inks that are favorites by all (so far). Thank you for sharing your selections with me!
Sunset blush is very pretty! I appreciate your input - I was surprised those two weren’t on the favorite list of many. I have enjoyed staring at this page quite a bit as it’s so aesthetically pleasing
Have you inked up incredible rock yet? How does it do? Love those choices! (Obviously I love them all, but I like the balance between dark and light and the pop of green)
I have a hard time picking favorites but for this particular month I think I'd pick: Tiger Snake Incredible Rock Chicken Coop Honey Bee And Frankly Walnut (Honorable mention to Brandy Snap)
whichever you choose, i hope you enjoy them! my faves are Incdredible Rock, Ploughman’s Pebble, Shirakashi, Honey Bee and Steeped Umber!
