Psy is a fucking phenomenal dancer, idk if you've ever tried learning any of his choreography but it's insanely athletic, he spends so much time in those shallow bends...they're really common in African dance, in Horton technique you would call it a plié in second position parallel but anyway it's where your knees are bent at like a 30° angle and your quads are basically supporting your entire body weight - and then he gets so much height in his jumps, it's literally exhausting he makes it look waaaaay easier than it is lol
