you can, but its going to look pixelated as these cameras are 2K resolution. The OEM camera in 640x480 resolution so its not going to give you a clear image.
Please do a drive test And make one for a 2022 Camaro😍

Absolutely! Once you change the settings to be MPH, everything changes ands stay set to MPH on all modes.
