It’s interesting to hear what all goes into making the music.
I also listened to a video of the Lucy Lounge and found myself thinking that girl/lady needs a djembe in her band. There’s something soulful about a hand drum that just seems like it matches, was made for your music.
Thank you Lauren for mentioning your grandfather’s journey from French to English. Such a tragedy inflicted on our parents and grandparents. I’m proud to be bilingual.

Really??? I didn’t hear the word God, Jesus Christ, Holy Spirit , Lord, Bible, worship,… NOTHING. Where do you get she’s Biblical Christian? Man you are deceived, asleep and without discernment!!!
My daughter’s friend in youth group and later on for several years, is the sister of Lauren’s best friend in Louisiana, and we live 20 miles from Lafayette. Lauren has an incredible voice but she’s flip flopped on things such as the abortion and LGBTQ agendas. She’s shown apathy, indifference and even support for certain things that God clearly condemns in the Bible.

The Bible calls us to make judgements on all things involving the church. She claims to be a Christian…she isn’t one. It’s not judgement. It’s a statement of fact.

This was a waste of my time. I used to love Christian radio but anyone who supports her on a Christian station and many other artists are sadly deceived. I'm glad my eyes are open. I regret having her song at my son's celebration of life.
I really will not. I pray God opens your eyes/heart. It was hard to see and accept. Either way, we can agree to disagree and continue seeking the LORD first.
I know it's all messed up and you just want to find the truth so you blame the one person who affected you the most because you have trust issues and you're starting to realize that everything in this world is completely out of order, which scares you so you pick the one person you loved most and who helped you most when you most needed her and then decided that her presumed sins that you have imagined against her are the only thing that explains anything so you choose to say.. it must be her fault.
