A big salute to the Managers out there...though their work is mostly behind the cameras, they definitely deserve the same respect, love and kindness we give our Idols...hearts to all of you..
Its so clearly said that artist and idols treat there managers as family they succeeded and never leaved the idols, idols never think that there manager are not slave and likewise to managers to artists.. idols/ artist precious all the personality behind-the-camera.. they are the group are successful.. its a virtue of life..
(serious, long answer ahead) i think it would depend on the requirements from each company? one of twices manager said that he majored in technical or something like that, and not management, communication, etc. still, it aint gonna be easy to do that job from what ive read and seen. but if youre serious about being an idol manager, maybe consider taking communication, public relation, management, etc (since even if you dont end up being an idol manager, you still might get knowledge around that field)
I will definitely support the managers that being “harsh” towards those fansites/fans that don’t know how to behave and don’t know any boundaries. Once, I end up helping the staff to make sure the fans didn’t jumped on them (lol I went there to see them but I end up being the “fence” instead). Imagine need to handle and face that situation everyday during promotions and especially at public places like airport? I only can pray for managers sanity lol. And fans need to stop blame everything on manager and staff everytimes when it’s come to them doing their job related to their safety. I prefer them being protective of my favs instead of not doing anything about it.

우리 회사에 전직 홈마 있으신디...코로나 터지기 전까지 활발히 활동하다가 코로나터지면서 일거리가 줄어들어서 우리 회사 취직했는데...아이돌중에 누가 제일 잘 생겼냐고 물어보니깐 바로 차은우라고 얘기하더라.....
