I always find transitioning my wardrobe into spring really tricky, as the weather can change from day to day, or even hour to hour! Some great ideas here (as always). One suggestion: if you cut your jeans shorter, take the time to run a stitch just above the frayed edge. Otherwise, and depending on how close the fabric’s weave is, the hem will continue to ravel (especially in the wash) and you can end up with “ragged” instead of “raw.” 🙂🇨🇦
I love all the nautical looks this spring, with white tennis shoes! That denim skirt looks so good on you! Actually all of the outfits look good on you! You are one classy lady!
Its been nice visiting again! It's crazy that spring is here again! I feel like I just got out my winter things, and now it's time to put them away! Holy moly! I love the blouse you have on! It has a great sheen to it!

Love that your videos are short and inspiring. I'm a visual learner so actually seeing the outfits inspires personal creativity. The denim pieces are so versatile. Thank you!
Thank you for sharing your expertise on Spring outfits. Love the color story and everything looks amazing on you. Beth, I noticed all the great looking shoes you wore with them. As always, you are stunning, many blessings.
OMG Beth! You look even more fabulous than ever in that longer length chambray jacket, with pants that are full length. It's the most flattering of proportions I have ever seen on you. Yes, full length pants on you. You look much taller, slimmer, and so very chic, especially the way you styled the collar, and set the belt. It's THE LOOK for you. I think it might work for me also - thanks for the inspiration. It's truly appreciated.
Lot's of choices when it comes to clothes. My main objective isn't to look tall and slim. It's to look put together and modern. Thanks for stopping by!
I love seeing the outfit suggestions. I love anything with the nautical look and definitely will be putting some outfits together with that in mind. Come on spring😊
Beth, you do such a great job of breaking down classy style! Wondering if you've ever done videos for pear shaped ladies. The styles that look great on you look terrible on my body type--slender soft curve style.
I always find some inspiration in your outfits. Is hard to put outfits together. I particularly love the platinum shoes and the Chambray jacket. I am very interesting in the videos with your daughters in law.
I care less about fashion trends and more about what will look good on ME, and getting maximum outfit combination versatility from my wardrobe pieces. Great ideas; we have a similar taste in style.
You always have fresh ideas for denim. I have a white denim jacket I have had for years. It's starting to turn yellow. What is the best way to make it while again
Love the pilgrim buckle, but with bunions it's hard to find embellished footwear that's chic and comfy. 😕I found some knit brands that I like and that look stylish - I guess I stick with them.
How do you prevent the jeans that you’ve cut to length, keep from fraying and fraying and getting shorter and shorter? I’ve used fray check and it doesn’t last
If the denim is tightly woven, it won't keep fraying much. I have a pair of jeans that were too long, so I cut the hem off. They've frayed very little in the year since then.
One article of clothing costing approximately $100 so a cardigan, shirt, skirt, shoes, and purse is $500 outfit PLUS jewelry, undergarments, and perhaps some hair decoration could bring the total to $650-700. For one outfit! Sorry, but I don’t think that is low enough cost that anyone can afford. I wanted to really like your channel and I’ve watched 8 shows so far to give you a fair chance. We are both senior citizens and my hope was to find outfits I could afford that wouldn’t make me look ridiculous. Guess I need to keep looking.
Then I hope you have watched the videos where I share budget friendly brands. I try to do this at least once a month. The blog and UA-cam share brands from mid-priced to luxury and budget. But all the best on your UA-cam search.
You could probably find items similar to many of these at Target, Kohl's, or even TJMaxx/Marshals. Thrift stores and consignment shops often have things like tweed jackets, sometimes with the tags still attached. I've seen very nice moto jackets at Goodwill. Try thinking in terms of "A denim skirt and striped tank make a nice combination" rather than thinking you have to get these exact same items. You can build an updated wardrobe around things you already own.
Your chambray jacket is adorable and used to be called a safari jacket. One thing I must disagree on though. A slip skirt has no place on a body like mine with a prominent tummy. Disastrous for sure.
Wide leg ankle pants are not flattering on anyone who weighs more than 100 lbs. On older women it looks dumpy. The trousers needs to be more straight leg or form fitting - but not skinny.
@@BethDjalaliSadly, all the advice we women who carry extra pounds get is that we need structured clothing to give us a neat and shaped appearance. We are discouraged from wearing baggy, oversized or boxy clothing because that just makes us look heavier and shapeless.
My problem with the style is that it looks clunky and awkward, even on 6' tall size 2 models. Look at the clothing in middle eastern countries where they wear pants. Even non-Muslim women don't wear baggy short pants; if the pants are shorter, above the ankle, they're narrow.
I just purchased three different pairs of wide leg pants. One denim crop leg, one beige cargo, and one regular pair of jeans which are a bit long on me. Can you recommend footwear with a taller block type heel that I can wear with them? Thanks!
Happy Sunday Beth...love outfit #2 the best. It is just perfect...casual dressy. Also that denim-like frayed jacket from Chicos is on my wish list for sure!

I always end up with cold feet at least one day that I've misjudged! 😅 But I look cute ...
That nautical denim is DARLING, as well as the buckled shoes. Thanks for showing the fresh looks!

I am at a loss to understand why "staying relevant" is a matter of fashion choices. Relevance must surely be so much more than how one looks?

Very good. I'm going for the darker denim. I had thought the light shading on denim was on it's way out; apparently not.
Light rinse denim is on trend this spring. But you can't go wrong with dark rinse.
Looks like denim and white on the hangers.
Love all your finds
Yay!
As soon as I put away heavy sweaters, here comes a serious cold front. I live in Houston, Texas
Love them all, especially that moto jacket!
I loved that carmel/camel color. It looks great with white!
Great pieces Beth, love your glasses and haircut!

Regarding the chocolate, brown, silk shirt - please provide the details. BTW - your LTK link has a glitch, so info is not accessible there. Thanks!
All the links for this video are listed individually. The brown silk blouse is old from Ralph Lauren.
I’ve got to get a slip skirt &. Cardi!! Love them all.

Are the shoes leather?
How do you prevent the jeans that you’ve cut to length, keep from fraying and fraying and getting shorter and shorter? I’ve used fray check and it doesn’t last
You can stitch a seam above the fray, but honestly I've never had a problem with excessive fraying as is.

What do you wear under the skirts to avoid chafing?
They all have tags. Do you keep any or use and return?
Many items I keep but some go back. I don't use and return. But I do try on the clothes before I make a decision whether to keep or send back.
Can you tell me about your glasses? Bland name please
Gucci
Do you ever do more reasonable prices.
