Just got my rx8 at the start of November. Parked for the winter, gonna start my build in the spring. I’m excited to follow you guys and see what you do with your build!!
That package unit is going to keep you guys cool in the summer and warm in the winters! Don’t forget to it serviced every once in a while but do clean those intake vents to prevent service calls! Happy HVAC!

I heard you cant start these and shut them off for a certain period of time or the engine floods...thats why i have yet to buy one
That can be the case for an engine with low compression, this is generally due to high mileage or not taking care of the engine. With good compression, this isn't an issue although I wouldn't say you should turn off and start it repeatedly. Also even with low compression you shouldn't flood your engine, by fully pressing the gas pedal while turning the engine over it cuts off the fuel so you can clear it out. This also helps for lower compression engines or if it's sat for a long time since it will still inject oil when the fuel is cut off helping it build compression.
