- Everybody knows of Ryanair’s Boeing 737-800s, which wear the carrier’s distinctive yellow and blue livery. However, did you know that the airline also operates a single Boeing 737-700?

No matter how bad Ryanair is, you can't deny the fact that they have an amazing livery.
Fr, the ryr livery is cool
what??? its a crap livery
@mayuresh Raich i actually don't like South West livery
Amazing livery

The most Ryanair corporate jet interior ever
It is one of the most indeed
Yes. The registration is EI-SEV. It is used in regular flights too. The VIP seats are installed on request. But it mostly has the normal seats. "Instant conversions" are carryed out in Prestwick.
How do you know it is in regular Service? If you check its history its all Training flights
Wish all Ryanair planes were like this one ;)
Well the prices would be noticeably higher then
Then you wouldn’t pay €26 to fly Dublin to Paris 🙄
@@bagchibhai1985 Jeez - this really needed explaining?
@@bagchibhai1985 Ryanair does not fly to the two main airports of Paris, Charles de Gaulle or Orly. The airline's flights arrive and depart at Beauvais-Tillé Airport, which is located 80 km from Paris
If that was the case, Ryanair would cease to exist😂
They also own several Learjet-45 aircraft registered in the Isle of Man. For instance tailnumbers M-ABJA & M-ABEU. Not sure what their day-to-day operations look like, but they exist :)
My dad used to fly them they just bought a new one and have another one that they have had for a while called M-ABGV they are used to fly crew and spares around because ryanair having 450 planes one or more breaks down every day
Now u can have hard landings in style
Lmao
yea, enjoy firm landing in Corporate Jet
before edit : yea, enjoy hard landing in Corporate Jet
I think you mean firm landings.
@@Westhamsterdam true
@dudeman24 shut up
It can be used for regular scheduled flights though. They refit it in the summer for passenger use.
I had the pleasure of working on SEV during its 24YR check. Amazing how long things can last if maintained well.
I've always wondered what would happen if you only added business seats. Would be nice to see a commercial airplane like this!

London City to JFK
Hey ce183 the City-JFK route was discontinued by British Airways earlier this year. - TB
O'Leary flew once from Stansted to Budapest one or two years ago, however not with the -700 but with a regular -8AS. Five minutes behind the scheduled STN-BUD flight. :-D Ryanair also has three LEARjet's :-D mainly for quick maintenance and internal corporate transports (like spare parts for aircrafts).
Nice little video about Ryanair's little 737-700
These are the same as BA Club World “cradle” seats 1996-2000. They’re a pretty distinctive design and if I remember correctly, very comfortable. Certainly better than current Premium Economy.
Unpopular opinion. Ryan air is a good airline, as good as all the budget ones anyway.
How weird that Ryanair 'Budget airline' would purchase a second hand plane, against their new aircraft policy, that is fitted as a corporate seating?
If the aircraft doesn't have to be used frequently enough, yes. They spend little in purchasing one, so they do not have to fly frequently to recoup the capital cost. Since the flights are infrequent, fuel costs is no longer a significant factor. They still follow common fleet principle, though.
Similar reason why cargo carriers collectively own hundreds of old aircraft that passenger carriers no longer use.
Well, They got the Aircraft in 2015 and the Policy might've not been around then
The 737 ng is the 737ng my friend....it's exactly the same plane, with smaller dimensions. In fact this one is frequently used to train the pilots to fly the -800...
Are the landings butter in this case?
Ha ha nope
I knew that would come up. Ryanair, surely not on this aircraft 🤣
Nah, thats another 50 euros
@@AF_267 plus the €1 to use the toilet. God help you if your hold baggage is 15g over.
Paris to Lisbon for 10€ ..., at this price I don't mind even standing and getting punched.
So Ryanair Business Class
Looks worse than Emirates Cargo Hold
Why? It looks fairly good to me
@@mattiagnagno757 you're eaasily pleased then
It also has SAT COM on board! can call home while you fly lol ;)
not sure why you'd want to
@@ant2312 To let them know that you will be home for a while.
i flew on the 737-700 2-3 weeks ago from Pisa (italy0 - east midlands (UK) they only use this aircraft on normal passenger flights as a backup aircraft
and i was lucky enough to fly on it!!!!
Sometimes if I feel everything in my life is going to too well and I am too happy, I would fly on Ryanair for the bad experience just to balance things out.
🤣🤣🤣
And you come back feeling like nothing is worth it anymore and with back pain.
@@ml9849 that's hilarious!
Lol
@Lawrence Gleason do you work for them?
So here's the question: Does it flare before hitting the runway, or just slam down like all the other Ryanair jets? I would imagine probably slam down if it uses the same pilots.
How original...
There is nothing wrong about putting the airplane firmly on the runway exactly where it is supposed to touch down.
Omg that's against all we learned
I did 6 touch and go on it, one of the coolest experiences ever!
Do Ryanair use it for all their base training too?
@@abingdonboy they do indeed out of ema, its always going round and round and round
@@abingdonboy yep! Departed from EMA and did the T/G in Prestwick
It also has a -700 written under the cockpit windows. Nice video keep up the great work
They also have three learjet 45 which I would think are for private charters
learjets are for maintenece only ;)
That aircraft spends most of its time fitted out with normal RYR seats and I’m quite sure it does plenty of regular passenger flights.
think so too........
So, what I am hearing is, you are paying extra for you to be uninjured during landings, and they actually pull a decent landing.
I’m sold.
It's incredible, it's the best way to finish covered in champagne after de landing
I've flown this A/C for my base training. Another obvious giveaway is only 1 overwing exit on each side as compared to 2 on the 800.
Best BBJ I've been on is Murdoch's .
the ryainair colours are the tipperary county colours
SEV is also used for Base training where pilots new to the 737 series do 6 take offs and landings.
Do they still bring the scratchcards around ?
and they play BINGO 🤣
Good idea if ryanair could create a business class at very very good price
Wonder if they get the on time announcement on there like normal Ryanair flights
Perhaps the main difference is the lack of a pair of overwing exits, as found on all -800 models 🙂
Worked with EI-SEV last summer at EGNX
Is this stuff about it has ryanair seats and flies passenger flights true?
@@heybenjii5544 yes
I think a lot of colleagues I did my flight training with that ended up working for FR flew this aircraft, cool to know that’s what it’s like.
Does pilots on this plane land better?
Not surprised RYR doesn't travel like they make us do. They also have a few Learjets.
Having worked for them in the past, I'd be super surprised if the executive team were being flown around in private jets, rather than just being packed into the next scheduled flight (in the jump seat, if need be). My understanding is that the Learjets are more about shifting spare parts and crew around in a hurry, to minimise delays...
@@fartingfury Like when they run out of scratch cards?
@@fartingfury indeed. A Ryanair got stranded at my airport. A mech crew was flown in via LJ.
700 series mostly use as a business jet in all regions
The other obvious difference between the -700 and -800 is that the -700 only has one overwing exit on each side
I think a flew on business class on this jet, when it was with Maersk Air in the late 90's :-)
Have to look this over
Will they still remind you to keep awake with scratch cards and tricks of the sort?
And they still land this bird like a piano 🎹
Standard RyanAir procedure.
guys get outta here we’re all having the same dream, or is it just me???
Do you still get scratchie and e-cig sales pitches, adverts on the overhead bins and the cheesy on-time jingle? If not, is it really Ryanair?
I wonder if they would ever use this plane on a normal passenger flight? If sat there was a shortage of planes available
How much supplement does every other passenger have to pay for someone else to use this plane?
When tickets are so cheap for Ryanair's normal flights, I think it would be the other way around if anything. - TB
I’d wish it was how every Ryanair planes will be
You know, I sure hate flying nowadays. Between TSA and seats that recline three degrees, to garbage unhealthy snacks instead of real meals, to United's unfriendly skies where you get beat up: good riddance. I remember wearing suits to fly, when flying was a big deal, with real meals with chilled silverware. I'd rather drive for two or three days than subject myself to all that abuse. Sad, because I used to love flying. Nothing like the smooth spool-up of a turbine engine.
But there is one thing will never change
Ryanair style hard landing LoL
I have heard a lot of about right there I don't know I might try it
Wonderful information ..Loved it much
No mention of luggage allowances & cost in the packages...makes you wonder, is it strictly carry on as well? 🤔
That was FOOD packages…
@@ehtlam100 yes im AWARE of that. But what is the luggage limit per passenger?
No mention of how much the chartered plane costs per flying passenger .
@@paulsz6194 That's because there's no fixed price? That's like asking what the cost of a ticket to Spain is, and I'm gonna ask back - What date? From where? What time of day? Which airport?
It's a case by case price and will have to be negotiated.
£45.00 per passenger x 60 passengers = £2.700, but how far can you flight? Is it anywhere in Europe?
That was ONLY the food
🤣
Why do I feel like the special marking's just so that the ground crew and pilots don't waste time pulling up at the wrong plane? Cause be honest there's no way you can notice a 6 meter difference even if both are parked side by side
can't notice nearly 20 feet?
Why do you think the crew gets in the wrong planes? 🤣 The planes have registrations, like a license plate.
Does a ride on this jet also come with a smooth landing? No? Nevermind then.
Sober passengers as well? The ones that will not be featured in UA-cam videos.
@@michaelcap9550 you need to be drunk I fly Ryan Air ugh
Actually, I'm flying on it right now..
I wonder what range it would have at just 60 seats?
Well, they can ferry their new -800s across the Atlantic no problem without pax, so at 60 seats, yeah, range is probably pretty good.
@@fartingfury so probably London to New York?
@@matthewbarber4240 I'd have thought so. I'm just guessing though 🙂

I will have go so long as it goes to my destination.
Flew Ryanair once. There were 20 names engraved on my seat
I flew on three ryanair flight. I regretted every single one
I always fly Ryanair and I never regretted a single flight
@Lawrence Gleason yep
It's actually their infotainment system.
@Lawrence Gleason are you Michael O' Leary's lover or something
There is now 2 737 700 aircraft
Say what you like about Ryan Air but they get the job done, you save money and their method has proven to work with the public who continually come back for more.
they're not actually that cheap to fly with, you have to fly on days you don't really want to airports that you dont want. If wanting a weekend away and fly out on a friday and return on sunday they are expensive. The staff are arseholes. The cabin interior is vile with that yellow on the blue seats and adverts everywhere. i'd prefer easyjet over them. when you say the public who come back for more we're talking chavs like Sandra and her friends having hen parties in Benidorm.
Hardly up there with Qatar A350's that I fly to Bangkok on
@@ant2312 cop yourself on. Abit of respect and common decency from you wouldn't go astray.

I remember it best as OY-MLW (Today EI-SEV)
Yes I like to fly in this corporate jet !
i would like to fly on that
Now This Aircraft Have REG SP-RUM
Yes, but they charge to use the bathroom.
"more akin to premium economy on long-haul flights" on which airline? Emirates? I've never seen even the most expensive and generous premium economies look that comfortable, it may not be the most luxurious business but it's definitely not economy anymore.
oh really, well normal ecomony on a Qatar A350 or Ethad Dreamliner is nearly as good, less legroom that that ryan air 700 but thats about it You musnt have flown much long haul economy recently
yes
Ryanair also have a learjet
Is it relativly expensive?
You can’t fly it unless you are an employee

Maybe i have flown it... When it belonged to Aires Colombia :)
I've never flown on SEV, wouldn't mind chartering her, and I'd give my right arm to be chosen to operate on her
No, I have not flown on Ryanair's corporate jet. 😐
I would rather fly emirates economy than Ryanair 737-700
How will u fly Emirates having that 20 euros in ur pockets, u hobo
I Fly on this Bird only with my fav crew ,some of my last ryan air flights was bad , Stewardes run trolley in my leg or introduced her hip to my head 🤪 must say it was very soft 🤣🤣😍
No sky interior, the seats seems old and boring
Never thought it wa like a private jet, thought it was only for management
This must be for O'Leary and his family because the they wouldn't dare fly on the normal planes
There are tickets for just 5 euros it's more expensive to take a taxi, who cares about reclining seats
But they still not buttered it
Yes, I would like to fly on that aircraft with the bronze package.
From what I herd, Ryanair’s 737-700 as a test/ training aircraft
