bro i think foreign mbbs is not good nowadays according to the new Nmc guidlines
because we need to pass the licensing exam of that particular country, which must be in native language. but as we are studying in english universities in foreign, how can we pass the licensing exam of that particular country in the native language?
2ndly, the duration of the course will also increase because we have to also do internship in that particular country. it will increase the duration of the course from 6 years to 6 +1 years of internship in that country... after that we have to do internship in india to , so 1 extra year . it will then take 8 years to become doctor, comparted to 5.5 years for indian students.... ! we also have to give next exam, and if someone does not pass it , it will take 9-10 years to become a doctor !
