He's wore out after 90 seconds.....and to think I used to take my new '91 Phazer st on 150+ mile rides back in the day. Don't remember being tired at all.....hahaha
You're so right about the PZ feeling like a 5000-year-old pig when you step off an M8 or any other modern sled. Still love 'em though, and in the right snow conditions they flow.
You guys need to TRY to make your phazer like (Real Time Movies) Phazer, Theirs can do a wheelie as long as they want, and has disturbing power. I want to see yours do that.
Benjamin is the " Phazer Tamer" man he can ride that thing. Phazer needs running board stiffeners or new boards. I have an original 1990 SnoScoot for FXR onesie riders to learn on...LOL. Where is the white 2014 Ltd. That thing rocks.
Agree about boards--having snow clearance and grip helps a lot when trying to haul those mothers over. You can still get good WRP boards for PZs online that rivet on with a few simple cutouts.
It really depends on where we are filming. We've got a fleet of Gopros, Sony XD-CAM EX3, DJI Mavic, but most of the time, we shoot on Smart phones. All the vloggly looking parts are all shot on Galaxy S8
Might help if the steering on that phase or wasn't so loose. Holy crap! I've never seen staring that loose on a snowmobile ever. Well except for one that hasn't been taking care of. Do you even work on your sleds like replacing things that are wore out?
You're starting to understand. UA-cam doesn't want super expensive top of the line unobtainable sleds. It want's wacky, custom built ,cheap obtainable sleds. Same thing with cars or anything really. You can make videos about the latest supercars that get decent views, or you can make videos about custom built 1000HP shitboxes that go viral.
All the accessories are DC on a sled, like handwarmers, and lights and all that. The Mag produces AC current which is changed into DC current by the voltage regulator/rectifier which is then used on the rest of the electrical system. So, as long as it is 12VDC accessory, you can put pretty much anything you want to on your sled!
Syxxes Performance, not exactly with what I'm dealing with. Got a 440 invader motor in a go kart, just a regulator on the lighting coil side, meter only reads it in AC. I want it to power a LED headlight but knowing the way a diode works I'm unsure of how the LED light being exposed to AC instead of the regular DC will effect it. I noticed the LED light on your old Yamaha flickering when you loaded it and figured it had the same style of lighting coil.
Mr Diesel The reason why this light flickers is cause there is no balast installed. So the light flickers cause its not constant 12VDC. LED bulb cools between each stroke where as a tungsten filiment keeps its heat and stays warm and bright between strokes. Sorry I cant help you more.
Haha that's pretty funny. Lately I'v noticed my vids with older sleds tend to get more views then when I take my assault out. I think I'm starting to notice a trend here...
@@syxxes that's because new ones are going too high-tech. And too much money. Lot of people can't afford a twenty Grande sled. And have to work on it every time they ride.

I had the identical sled...with 121in track. Rode hunters range for years. Thx for the blast from the past.

next winter come to the big horn mountains by bear lodge. they have some NICE powder there, and you would probably have a blast

How does the LED light work as a headlight on the sled engine? I’m assuming that engine produces 12 volts AC instead of DC

You can by a rectifier to convert the AC to DC , you just install it inline with whatever you need to power.
yamaha is the king

For real. Fuck Arcticscrap
adding a snow flap would be a good place to start
Why?
Syxxes Performance snow flap should make it run cooler unless your problem is heat not escaping your engine bay
