I bought a pair of these headphones this morning for £4 from a charity shop and apart from getting a bargain they are really good headphones 😀
How do you tell if these are charging I’ve tried charging them for three hours now and it just flashes red for a second and then won’t turn on (while on charger)

I connected it to and adapter and it still won’t charge..
You can use them with the wires that came with it and connect it to ur device . Although it’s not wireless anymore it works, but my problem is that one side of the headphones don’t work!

i just bought these and the light doesn’t turn on when i press the multi functional button. Do i need to charge it first?
Yes. Please use the included charging cable to charge the headphones.
About the ear pads. I got replacement earpads, and they *almost* go on very nicely, but no matter how I try (I don't think I am using excessive force), the last clip or two refuse to attach. What am I doing wrong, and what should I do differently?
Hi. You can try to find the position of the buckle and press down gently, and the earmuffs will fit perfectly.
Mine won't turn on anymore. There are no lights when charging (even after i have left it charge for 1 hour) and when i use the audio cable with my phone the headphones only making buzzing sounds. It's just not turning on idk what to do. I didn't do anything to suddenly break it ( or the issue could be that i used another cable which also worked ?)
For the mentioned issue, you could try the following steps to resolve it.
1. Use another charging cable to charge.
2. The voltage of the charger may over 36V that would break the headphones.
3. The charging port may be broken, could you send some pictures to us?
4. Headphones will charge when connected via a USB-A to USB-C charging cable, but *not* when connected to a USB-C charger using a USB-C to USB-C cable,
and please use a 5-10W power wall charger (don't use fast charger), then reset it.
Please use headphone within the operating temperature range: 0°C (32 F) - 45°C(113 F)
5. You could try to solve the issue by re-setting the headphone by inserting the stereo cable into the headphone then move it out. Sometimes you may try long-pressing both volume down and volume up buttons for more than 5 seconds, to reset.

for some reason my headphones aren't charging. i've tried multiple usb-cs, any reason why?

everytime i try to put the jeadphones on bluetootj it doesnt work, the light doesnt show up, and ik theyre fully charged and also new.

I just got mine and while I’m charging it the red light turns on but then it turns off and it’s not letting me connect Bluetooth either

I almost returned mine because the red light never showed while charging until i noticed the red light is next to where you plug in the cord on the left ear at the bottom, not on the controls on the right ear. the directions included are really bad.

It needs enough power to turn on Bluetooth, please full charge your NC25 bluetooth headphones with certified USB-A to USB-C charging cable (* not * USB-C to USB-C cable) and 5-10W power wall charger (don't use fast charger), then reset it.
Is the indicator light work normal? Normally,red light turn ON when charging, red light turn off or blue light turn on after full charge(two versions)

Why do I hear a beep noise when I turn up the volume
