With everything going on right now, I sincerely hope you don't mean people need to adopt more people of a certain race. We need more people like him in the sense that he takes on the responsibility of being a father. It's sad that more men don't step up to their role and responsibilities AS FATHERS. He went above and beyond by being a father to another man's child (no disrespect intended). I am just sick of racism and the victim mentality. No one owes anyone anything solely on race alone. We all owe it to each other to be decent amazing human beings. And currently, it feels as though one thing all races have in common are all the negative qualities in being human. Him and his wife are exemplary, because they are full of love in their hearts. They saw a person, not a race. And there are a lot of good white people out there; not just them. Lol y'all. . .chill. I wear my natural curly hair too, but seriously, we're in quarantine right now. Very few people are doing their hair since they're not going anywhere and I'm the same way. I get what you mean about it being important for the parents to understand how to care for her hair but I guarantee you right now that little girl does not care. I'm an adult and I don't even care, long as it has some type of moisturizer in it, I'm good. Heck I, just watched a video of Gabrielle Union's baby doing some candy thing and her hair wasn't done either. It's okay if her braids or ponytails look a little old while she's stuck inside. That little girl got quarantine hair right now, but she'll survive.

I was lucky to have a boy as all I had to do was get it cut short. I have baby fine hair, but our son has his daddy's hair: kinky curly. I would never be able to style kinky curly, but then, I can't even style my own baby fine, lol. It's ponytails almost daily. 😁
