    When the verb to be is "are" in the present, we use "were" in the past... When the verb to be is "is" in the present, we use "was" in the past...
    Pay attention in the termination:
    aRE --> weRE
    iS --> waS

    Você evoluiu demais desde o último vídeo seu que eu assisti por recomendação do UA-cam, se não me engano foi o primeiro. Eu estou estudando inglês sozinho há mais de 3 anos. Só uma dica, acho que você precisa praticar mais a pronunciação ou como se pronuncia as palavras. Pratique com texto + áudios, isso ajuda mais. Eu estou praticando assim, a evolução é bem nítida. O importante é ser compreendido independentemente do sotaque, mas é sempre bom praticar para evoluir e melhorar o sotaque.
    Rachel's English é um ótimo canal que ensina pronúncia.

      @Alice Oliveira Se vc tá estudando há dois anos e não consegue desenvolver uma conversa pode ser que deu vocabulário não seja tão grande assim pra falar sobre qualquer assunto ou seu listening não evoluiu com seu vocabulário durante esses anos. Minha dica pra vc é fazer muito listening. Se entende muito pouco eles falando melhor n ir de cambly agr, ou então fala pro professor falar devagar, explica sua situação etc

    Learn English by memorizing romantic messages because you establish your new personality by speaking in a warm manner and elaborate expression. Here we see that the obstacle is not learning the language or its mastery, but the expression and entry to the heart of the recipient and the listener is the goal. Therefore, memorize the romantic messages as conversations for the personal acceptance of the native speakers.

    Sotacão pesado. Pelo tempo que vc diz que está estudando, já podia ter dado uma amenizada. Um sotacão muito pesado já começa a esbarrar no campo de desvio de pronúncia. São campos diferentes, mas se o sotaque for super denso atrapalha uma conversa fluida e prazerosa. No dia a dia, as pessoas se afastam. Invista nisso. Uma dica, porém, cada um faz o que bem entender.
