    RECIPE
    1/8 Chinese cabbage with stem
    3 sliced mushroom
    5 cm square dried kelp
    250g vegetable broth
    3g sea salt
    Wrap the ingredients with foil, make a few holes in the foil and roast at 180℃ for an hour.
    Serving example:
    prawn flavoured caramel sauce
    Chinese cabbage broth sauce
    black olive soil
    shrimp fritter
    chervil
