3 Cup Sugar (650 Gms)
2 & 1/2 Cup Water (650 ml)
3-4 Cardamoms
Saffron
1/2 Tsp Lemon Juice
Kewda Essence
2 Tbsp Refined Flour
2 Tbsp Refined Flour
1 Tbsp Refined Flour
1/3 Tsp Baking Powder
Oil

If the Dough is too dry jamuns can break and also if the oil temperature is too low
