I like bumper jumper with top paddle on the right side being "B" and the bottom paddle on the right side being "A." I don't use any paddles on the left side. Works incredibly for me. Best of luck to you!

Hit registration can be a bit weird in this game sometimes, I once used an entire sword core on someone and they didn't take any damage
next you should try a all silencer class; only on map when firing antititans & in your titan
