Not only does chromastone being the alien to defeat Vilgax makes sense because that is the alien Vilgax destroyed in AF, but also because of the whole Petropia-Sugalite history which also Vilgax destroyed, so it is very poetic in that sense
Vilgax won agaisnt Diamondhead, Chromastone and Petropia.

Showing more powers of Ascalon, even making an entire moon full of breathble air is such overpower and interesting

Well, no transformations would be dumb imo.
I feel like Ben maybe should have followed up on that by saying "Well not in the normal way anyways." Or something along that line.
I love how Ascalon-Heatblast’s armor covers his rocks, but not his lava.
This is so cool, it kinda sucks that the actual fight at the end of ultimate alien only had Ben stabbing vilgax
I LITERALLY THOUGHT TO MYSELF THAT IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IRONIC THAT IF BEN USED CHROMASTONE TO DEFEAT VILGAX WHILST I WAS WATCHING, SINCE VILGAX SHATTERED HIM AND THEN AT THE END IT HAPPENED.

But this animation was amazing. This should be canon, it's way better then what really happened.

The biggest thing I hated about UA was the final battle it felt too rushed and this is exactly what should’ve happened and then Ben and vilgax would’ve had their speech together
I must say this should have ended in UA and Im impressed cause you added a transformation for heatblast which is og style and added xlr8 which made nice touch

@@giendrixrivera503 sorry it took so long to respond but yes I get it but the only thing that Ben does have xlr8 in UA is his hologram but I get why since Fasttrack is not used *Since he is a copy of Xlr8*
@@Cryoaarav587 better late then never and yeah xlr8 is better then fasttrack i mean fasttrack may be more stronger more agile and more durabable but xlr8 canonically faster then him so yeah OG are allway the best
What the final battle should've been. It had the potential to be one of the greatest battles in western animation. I wasn't expecting anime level battle quality, but still.

I mean come on. This is how it should've went for the finale.
You have Ben Tennyson, savior of the universe from the Highbreed invasion and other accomplishments, who is wielding the Ultimatrix with every transformation he's had ever since he was 10 and wielding the Sword of Ascalon that is capable of so much more abilities.
He is now going up against Vilgax, conqueror of 10 Worlds, who has been fused with a Lucubra after being sucked into the seal while also having the powers of Dagon himself.
The effort you put in this video is definitely worth appreciating.
And Holly Molly Ultimate Chromastone was so cool ❤️👑.
I have always wanted to see this fight get redone by somebody through animation but never saw anyone actually do it until now. This was great!
I love how you took inspiration from Kuro's ideas of Ben using Ascalon with his aliens and the idea of Ben fighting Vilgax all the way to space.
The only part I didn't really like is when Alien X showed up. Didn't really understand what happened there, did Ben clone himself into multiple aliens to fight Vilgax? That part of the fight was a bit too messy for me.
The use of Chromastone was perfect, great little callback to AF.
Chromastone does deserve an ultimate though.
This might just be a stickman animation but,
that was the best thing I've seen relating to Ben 10 fan animated videos all year.

Love this! I actually believe Dwayne McDuffie intended to end UA along these lines. (spoilers ahead if you haven't watched the video)
I believe he wanted Ultimate Chromastone to defeat Vilgax, but he died before it could happen.
Think about it:
- Omniverse's finale threw in a sudden redesign for Chromastone, which never made sense if you processed it. He already had his design sorted for OV, and he only makes an appearance with the finale redesign for a few seconds, getting upstaged by Feedback. It also costs money to create a new design so there was basically no point in it. But what if the design already existed? In the form of concept art for Ult. Chromastone, and they didn't want the design to go to waste so they used it for Chromastone in the OV finale. Of course, the colours and some details may have been adjusted to fit regular Chromastone, but otherwise i'm convinced that was Ult. Chromastone's design (or one of the concepts).
- Chromastone is still the final alien used in UA, fighting off against Dagon as if the crew are paying respects to Dwayne McDuffie by giving Chromastone that one moment, while not spending too much money on the episode.
We never got to see a battle between Ben and Vilgax in this form (his most powerful form). I doubt Dwayne would hype Vilgax up like that only to waste him away with a stab. The sword's power was a perfect excuse for Ben to have infinite energy and go crazy with the Ultimatrix in his attempt to find a way to best Vilgax, finding Ult. Chromastone is the only answer (he can literally absorb energy and has unexplored abilities). Gosh i wish we could've seen his original vision.

I’ve never seen or heard of this but it makes sense, it’s a shame he passed away before production of the finale. But thanks man for letting me know
I mean Feedback can absorb all kinds of energy, including life force without actually dying unlike Chromastone who died bcz he absorbed a lot of mana while Feedback literally held the energy of Big Bang in his hands so u can think of Feedback as Ultimate Chromastone

Seeing ultimate chromastone was a piece of cake. Many people confuse the abilities of chromastone. Chromastone can absorb light and feedback absorbs electricity. Feedback cannot absorb laser

For YEARS I have had the idea of using ultimate Chromastone for the UA finale as not only a cool transformation, but clever way to beat Dagon Vilgax, and create parallels/irony with their fight at the beginning of season 3. Yet seeing it used not only as a great climax to an awesome fight, but as part of an overall amazing, well-rounded, epic series conclusion was special. Not only does yours improve every part of the original, it incorporates necessary aspects/callbacks of this series, and it leaves room for the dilemma Ben is faced with when gaining infinite power (which is the part of the UA Finale I liked, the ultimate test being a mental one not a physical enemy).

The fight between Ascalon Ben and Dagon Vilgax should have been LONGER, and actually EPIC, unlike the mess that was given to us.
Like, Ben with Ascalon is strong enough to destroy PLANETS.
Vilgax had the power of Dagon, who can beat the previous Ascalon user with ease.
