Depends if it ran when parked or not. Change oil, flush the gas tank, and clean the carb bowl for sure. If no valves are sticking, then some starter fluid and give her a kick. If the bike runs listen for sounds of bad bearing or such, and take the return oil line off and see if oil is getting pumped back. As long as you have good oil flow there shouldn’t be any problems.
