I have been a fan of Sherilyn Farnes ever since I heard her give a lecture at the church history library about the Partridge sisters. She is so smart and has a wonderful "radio" voice that is pleasant to listen to.. This podcast was wonderful!!
I work in there Family History Department and we once had a corporate trainer come and teach a course. A few of us built out his family tree, then took him to the Discovery Experiences at the Family History Library, where he could (among other things) see how he was related to others there. He was a cousin of every person who had helped build his tree. He got emotional and said, “Everyone in the world needs to have this experience. If they did, we would treat each other differently.”
In a perfect world- the seminary teachers wish that your awesome show would be released a week ahead of the CFM schedule. :) Would that even be a possibility? 🙏
@@lanajohnson2424 you can watch them at your own pace. They are always available. It just would be nice for those of us who teach lessons could listen to them earlier. It doesn’t affect anyone else except the people producing these podcasts.
You really should have Brother Timothy Ballard from O.U.R. and author of "The Lincoln Hypothesis" on your show to discuss the constitution and the Saints relationship with the USA. For me his book and perspective was life-changing.
I enjoy John bytheway and his talks and books I’ve read many of them. Hank your a great host you guys give great scripture background and I love listening to the podcasts. If I could make a suggestion it has gotten annoying as each podcast hank you go to far in your praise of John it is way over the top and it would be great if you dialed it back. That’s my only real criticism I have so keep up the great work!
I think he goes “ over the top” as you say in good natured joking. They are good friends and they are having a bit of fun with each other. You can always fast forward the beginning part if it bothers you. That’s the wonders of technology!

I have a new found respect for Edward, Lydia and their families, and in fact all of the saints who suffered more than we may know.
Always insightful and fun to watch as a family. THANK YOU for this wonderful podcast. It adds so much to our study of the Doctrine & Covenants.

Being heard and seen by loving family and friends, including Church leaders, is one of the most important aspects of a healthy life.
This episode was fantastic. I learned many new things and almost Dr Farnes has a great sense of humor. Thank you for sharing your wealth of knowledge.
Always so great! Thank you for your knowledge, insights, testimonies and the great minds you share with us each week!
Love the great testimony and messages from Sherilyn Farnes!

The rest of us want them to stay at the time they are because we can't run any faster

Is that the same father Keno (sp) from Tuscon area?
I thin you confused Rocky with Top Gun 1986. "Son, your ego is writing checks your body can't cash."
Where do you find the video they mention at the beginning of this pod cast?
Kirtland America’s Sacred Ground can be found on KBYUTV
I wonder if you could find a way to read without looking down, we are just looking at the top of your heads a lot of the time.

Oh how sad. I'm happy to hear that Hank thinks so much of his co-host, John. I like how Hank is unique in his introduction of John each week!

How can I fast forward past people who give unsolicited advice?
It part of the charm of the discussion.
